Wheres the best place to find Free Ringtones?

I just got the new Samsung Instinct and lost all my Ringtones. I used to use 3GforFree.com but they are not Free anymore. Does anyone know if Myxer.com is legit? or is their some catch? What sites do you guys use via Cell Phone Browser OR computer Via data cable?

Anyway, ringtones are just midi files right? If so, couldn't you just download some from vgmusic.com?
 
Audacity to edit your sounds. BitPim to put them on your phone. You'll need the USB data cable for your phone or your computer needs to have bluetooth enabled.

Its pretty simple. Look up your phone on HowardForums.com for some tutorials.

I have been using this method for the past couple of years with a few different phones, and I haven't ran into a problem yet.
 
I use www.mobile17.com. The site kicks ass, spits out ringtones at almost perfect quality, at about the quality you would spend the $3 for to buy it from your provider. The only downside is you might have to wait in line for a few hours before it gets sent to your phone, but, it's worth it.
