Does anyone know a bunch of Xbox 360 games that have a DLC card in the case?

For example:
a 48 hour code?
a MS Point code?
a map pack code?
extra skins code? etc.

various Rock Band (not the add on packs) came with 48 hr codes.
Halo 3 came with one as well.

Dragon Age and ME2 came with some DLC inserts...as do all the Halo Reach launch copies, and the 2 higher up editions.
 
Halo Wars CE comes with the Halo 3 Mythic map pack and a Wraith skin.
Halo Wars Platinum Hits comes with extra maps DLC.
Gears of War 2 comes with Flashback Map Pack.
Gears 2 GOTY comes with the All Fronts pack.
Early Borderlands GOTY came with codes for all four DLC. (newer ones come on two disks)
Supreme Commander 2 came with a code to unlock two extra maps.
Forza 3 comes with extra cars.
Forza 3 Ultimate comes with even more cars.
Early Call of Duty 4 GOTY came with the map pack.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 hardened and prestige editions came with Call of Duty 1.
Call of Duty Black Ops hardened and prestige came with all four zombie maps from World at War and an avatar camo outfit.
Early Halo Reach came with the Recon Helmet.
Halo Reah LE Came with an extra Elite Armor set.
Halo Reach Legendary came with the Flaming helmet and a Falcon avatar prop and online video through Halo Waypoint.

That's all I can think of off the top of my unorganized head.

fixed, gow2 has two cards in the case, one for all fronts and one with flashback/48 hour code on it, I still have flashback sitting around unused

Yeah it was only the first print run. No game has more than a 2-day trial in it now.

All of the Rock band Track Packs have a code on the back of the manual. This code lets you download all the songs from that pack and use them in your other rock band games (no export fee.)

This includes:
Volume 2 Track pack
ACDC Track Pack
Classic Rock Track Pack

Country Track Pack
Country Track Pack 2
 
Rainbow Six Vegas - 48hr
Kingdom Under Fire:COD- 48hr
Crackdown- 48hr

I have 6 more 48hr cards but can't remember what games they came with.
 
I always rent new games before I buy them if I do not know anything about the game. Sometimes when I rent them from various places they have a 48 hour trial code card with the game. I tend to not buy games after I have rented them a lot of the time that I would buy and not play in the long run. it saves me money. One place that I always got them from was Blockbuster, but they are going out of business.
 
Borderlands GOTY has a code for a DNF multiplayer beta, and the second discs are for DLC installs. Same goes for Fallout 3 GOTY and Oblivion GOTY. Batman AA GOTY has the 4 DLC packs on the first disc.

It's any of the recent print runs of the game so not just Wal-Mart, but it comes with 240 MS points and it says it on the front of the packaging.
 
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom has a 48 HR code.
Fable 2 LE has The Halo armor and Sword
Fable 3 has bonus potions, power suits tattoos and dog.
Fable 3 LE has all that and an extra dog breed, quest, clothes and region to live in.
Soul Calibur 4 CE comes with extra weapons unlocked up front and extra costumes.
 
Battlefield Bad Company 2 comes withthe VIP code to unlock extra multiplayer maps.
Battlefield Bad Company 2 Ultimate comes with VIP plus Ounslaught mode and Battlefield 1943.
Brutal Legend from Best Buy originally came wth 3 free Rock Band tracks. But that's one of those retailer specific things that would almost double this list.

it will have a sticker on the front of the package, it is very obvious if you see the game in store

First print run of LA Noire at 4 different retailers have DLC cards in them:

Gamestop- "The Naked City" vice desk case and Badge Pursuit Challenge (code unlocks both things)
Walmart- "A Slip of the Tongue" traffic desk case
Amazon- "The Broderick" detective suit
Best Buy- "The Sharpshooter" detective suit

Rockstar has said all of the retailer preorders will be sold seperately "soon" as the two preorder cases each have 5 achievements/trophies attached to them.
 
My Assassins Creed Brotherhood came with 2 bonus missions ''The Aqueduct'' and ''The Trajan Market''
Red Dead Redemption came with 3 extra's ''The Deadly Assassin Oufit'' , ''The Golden Guns Weapon Pack'' and ''The War Horse''
