Who else plays Urban Dead?

Arthur: Nurten is probably the better revive point around here. I'll tell them that you and Joliet are over there. I'm out of syringes.

do you all know where to find a toolbox at? im stuck in an old building for the time being and aside from the doors being closed i cant do much else with it unless i fix it. im in shuttlebank still towards the bottom of the map hiding out from all the damn zombies till i can get my ap up.

The wiki says

Toolbox

Locations: Mall Hardware Stores, Auto Repair Shops, Factories, Fort Vehicle Depot, Fort Storehouse, Power Station
Encumbrance: 16%

thanks for the info i see a few factories around i can reach once i get my ap up but before that im gonna try and level up to get free running.

Zod said there were 20-ish zombies outside St. Eutychian's. Some of us have relocated to the Hallet. You don't have to go there, but I wouldn't recommend spending the night in Eutychian's.

Yeah no shit, it's at 18 now...

I'm down to 38 HP... if anyone wants to gain about 15 xp healing me, go right ahead. I'm in the Hallet.

LOL. I just noticed that you can jump from the window in the Hallett. Anyway, searching inside of here turns up nothing, right?

I was revified by some nice player but I am currently still dead. I assume I should wait until I have a bunch of action points before I stand up and then book my ass over to Hallet?

If you guys are going to get in to the Hallet, I suggest you do it now before its barricades get any higher.

Arthur: Yeah, wait until you get enough AP to move around a lot. It's 10 Ap just to stand, and you're wounded and infected when you get up.

aTOH: Do not jump out the window! That's a shortcut to zombification. If you ever see a collapsed snowbank outside, that's becaues someone committed suicide by jumping off a building into it.

I'm thinking we're going to have to start barricading our buildings as high as possible and just try to help our guys level up to get Free Running. VSB ain't cutting it around our area.

According to the wiki a cemetary to the south is a revive point. I put in a request with DEM. Hopefully somebody gets to me soon.

Arthur is correct - Very Strong barricades are actually very weak against anything more than a couple of wandering ferals. I'm hoping Eutychian's will distract a number of the zombies tonight. Regardless, I will barricade us up heavier later tonight.

So, you can get beat and hit even while you are offline? Does it depend on where you stand? I am way too new to this.

I came back after two hours and I had gotten beaten and stuff, no fair!

Yes things happen even when you aren't logged on. Being inside a barricade building before logging off is a good idea. Staying outside is just asking to be killed.

Yeah but, I couldn't get into a building in the first place! Told me that zombies couldn't open doors... Also told me that the buildings were barracaded through the inside, too.

If you're a zombie, get used to dying. A fuck-ton. That's the beauty of the zombie: killing it doesn't really slow it down. It just gets up and starts hammering away again. Unless you kill it in the proper situation, you've probably just wasted AP.

If you want your zombie to be able to open doors, you need to get the Memories of Life upgrade. And even then, most places will have to have their barricades bashed down.

Oh well if you're a zombie thats different. Your only option is pretty much to stay outside since you can't barricade buildings.

Later you can buy the skill to allow you to open doors.

St. Eutychian's is EHB, supposedly with 20 zed outside. 9 of us inside, and I leveled up again, taking me to lvl 5, and got Axe Proficiency. I'll stock up on AP for a day, then start wailing on Zed tomorrow.

I can't revive, Mike. I'm out of syringes. I have to visit a NecroTech building to get more. I'm also totally out of shotguns shells and FAKs.

I'm finally in Darvall Heights but had to move on by as I couldn't get in.
Almost to 100xp so I can get freerunning.

PS: There were 22 zombies outside St. Eutychian's Hospital.

We might need to find a new HQ, at least until we can run some of these zombies out of town.

EDit: i've ben revived but need to stay down until my AP builds up. I'll have free running as soon as i get up.

Yep. Get the hell out of Eutychian's, folks.
We might need to find a new HQ, at least until we can run some of these zombies out of town.
See, that's the thing - if there aren't any zombies near your HQ, then why have an HQ? I don't want to be one of those groups that just sits around and defends a territory that will never be attacked. Admittedly, the Hallet wasn't my best choice - I should have picked something slightly further north. Freeman Towers probably would have been ideal.
I like being in this area, it's full of action.
Full of action, it is. I just popped into Eutys and turns out the cades were blown down. darth's char is dead, and there's a lone zombie inside. I'm not sure about the other 22 zombies outside, though.

wtf, I'm in the Auto Repair and I logged on just now to see this --

Vampire Lestat said "One kills a man, one is an assassin; one kills millions, one is a conqueror; one kills everybody, one is a god." (6 hours and 30 minutes ago)
Vampire Lestat killed BriAnna Blackmoor. (6 hours and 30 minutes ago)

You certainly found the weirdos, didn't you.

Went to Euty's and dumped the 2 dead bodies outside. Killed a zombie and dumped it outside and got another one down to 45HP. There are 2 zombies in Euty's and the doors are wide open. I retreated to Hallet.

If you get the chance, go back to St. Euty's and close the doors. It'll appaear as an option.
wtf, I'm in the Auto Repair and I logged on just now to see this --
 Captive Honour by Megadeth. There are 7 Z inside Euty's right now, let's see if I can kill onne or two before getting the hell out.

Edit: Or not; in the time it took to write that I was dragged outside and beaten down to 5HP. Sitting pretty in Hallett with the rest of you now.
I like being in this area, it's full of action.
I agree with you there. I keep checking often occasionally stepping out to hurt some zombies. I just killed another outside our old home, that makes 21 zeds outside of St. Eutychian's.

My name is 'Orville the Corpse'.

If anyone knows the reference, I applaud you.

I haven't touched it in centuries, though.

i dont know how the hell it happened but i ended up in gambetecon ( or whoever you speel it) now. man that happens to me too often overshooting my directions and ending up in a new suburb but i got my exp up so i can free run and im in a hospital now one over from a auto repair place so when i get my ap up im going inside it to get a tool box so i can start making my way down and helping to repair some places and reinforce places. too bad you dont get exp for fixing stuff.

St. E's is now trashed. We have to find a new way to freerun into Hallet now, everything around it is too barricaded to get in. I ended up 4 or so blocks south before I could find somewhere to hole up.

got a tool box now so where exactly are you all gonna be at. ill meet up with you when i get my ap up enough and help out to ifx and barricade things.

Okay everyone, I'm awake. I'm-a loot Caiger Mall today then head back. From the looks of things, everyone but Joliet survived last night, yeah? The CDF said that the revive point at Nurten is going through techinical difficulties at the moment. I'll look around for the best area. Did the Hallet take any damage?

Brak: You play a zombie? 'Cause we haven't been able to get our zambah clan off the ground yet, and I certainly ain't up for guiding that one.

Key: Don't worry. My level 22 zombie has... 190(?) deaths to his name.

EDIT: Joliet, I think you've been revived already by one of the CDF guys.
