hes won like 7 times. thats 140 bucks in wii points. no wonder he hasn't redeemed his latest one....lol. their aren't enough games worth downloading at this point in time.

That trivia was easy, but it took me too long to come up with the answers and alas...I did not win. Anyone else have some luck?
 
I could have won. I got a question wrong. After zero, instead of refreshing, it tried, but decided to make the counter go into the negatives, between every second trying to refresh, but not refreshing in time to get reset by another negative number. After getting to -8 I hit refresh. Server error. Refresh again. Suprise! Wait another 15 seconds.:bomb: fucking Super Mario Kart :p

I got crashed too. It crashed when it initially tried to open up the trivia..but that could be because the page hadn't been loaded yet...i dunno

We'll all have another shot at this tomorrow. They're doing the contest every day again, with these trivia type questions.

Personally, I think this trivia contest will probably be the easiest of them all...it IS Super Nintendo after all. The bomberman question was hard though...did the question specifically ask how many were released in the USA? There were actually 5 Super Bomberman games total. Only 3 were released in the USA.

They should make it so that each person can only win once per week...what do you guys think?
 
The server crashed for me to when it said it was going to refresh when the timer reached 0:00, I kept hitting refresh until it started the trivia game. I thought that lost it for me. I was suprised I won, but I do know my Snes trivia xD

Tonight's topic is the N64. Also, they updated their servers to handle the trivia traffic. Hopefully no one will have to refresh tonight!
 
Wow that was a toughie. I got like 3 wrong but at question 9 there was a winner. Dangg. Darth007.. not sure if he goes here, but congrats to that guy.

Thank you all. Yeah some of the questions were tooo out there. Who fn studied the Mario Kart 64 cover in their life? I'm just surprised I won cause I took my sweet time looking up the hard questions on google. BTW I vow to not attempt future trivias to give others a chance to win.
 
I'd say this trivia makes things really fair. No first come first serve. The only lucky draw you can have is if your trivia question that you submitted is picked for that day. But so far I kinda like this promotion compared to their other one.

Yeah, maybe the trick is to submit hard questions so other people get stuck on it. Luckily they say only one question per person will be used a day so it can't get too out of hand.
 
Unless people make multiple accounts to send in multiple questions, they probably aren't taking the time to cross-check and if they were, theres still ways around it .. not sure I like the submitting question part.
 
Maybe they ought to limit the number of user submitted questions per night to two or three out of the ten. That'd greatly diminsh the chance that someone could get away with making alt accounts and getting a bunch of their questions in the contest.

Personally, I'm with shinryuu, I think the trivia is a much more reasonable way to give the points away than the first-come-first-serve method.
 
I might have a shot with the Wii, it is such a new system how many q's could there be? hehehe. Just watch as I get burned and stumble through question 4 right as they announce the winner.

Believe it or not, CSI has a game coming out what, this month (nevermind, Wii version is coming out in Nov apparently)? Sometime soon, lol .. I would have guessed Dancing with the Stars personally though.

yeah, i was suprised too. i can't believe there's actually a "are you smarter than a 5th grader?" game coming out. and its also crazy that there isn't an american idol game. those guys love the money and merch revenue. ffs, they were selling audition kits at best buy. seems to me that they'd like to prey on the video-game market too.

the other one that i didn't expect to be the right answer was the "balance board". i wonder what that accessory is going to be used for.

isnt the balance board being used for the wii fit?
 
Well I just registered for the site and I'll have to see how good I do at the trvia tonight. I also went ahead and signed up for the GE critics choice for the free wii points card , so I can't wait to get that.

cause i mean c'mon, i'll never win. i didn't even win yesterday!! i knew every single damn one except that damn american idol one. it slowed me down by 80 freaking seconds!!

who in the world would could have guessed there was going to be a game on Deal or no Deal, Dancing with the Stars, Are you Smarter than a 5th grader?, and CSI game, but not American Idol. ARGH I'm still mad :bomb::bomb::bomb:
