Will the Watch Dogs PS3 Signature Shot work on the PS4?

I have a PS3 code I'm not using and was going to give it to my nephew but he has a PS4.

Since they are both PS Network machines, do you think my PS3 code will work on the PS4?

Probably not. I had some AC: Black Flag PS3 codes and they were not compatible with the PS4 version.
