So ummm, I signed up, and everything went through. I then clicked the link that said "it's time to see if you've won a cash prize! Find Out Now!". I click it and it leads me to a page that says Paypal Mobile Mystery game. It says "Thanks for your interest in playing the PayPal Mobile Mystery Game. Please Activate With PayPal Mobile and then you will be able to play the PayPal Mobile Mystery Game. " and nothing else. So does this mean I didn't get anything? They could be more clear about this. And why does it say please activate. I already did.

So, are they sending you text messages or anything or is this basically to buy stuff via paypal over your cell phone? You can still sign up for the money, just log in to your account, go to the small box that says activate mobile paypal, and then there's another box elsewhere that says "you could win money, click here" or something like that.

Edit: I just signed up and won $5! Sweet.

Edit: Now that I just used IE for it, it let me play. Won 5 bucks. Not bad. :)

yeah I totally forgot about this... I checked my email, and it said I had received $5 from paypal.com... then I remembered that I won $5 bucks from this thing... sweet!

Same thing happened to me! I too thought it was a scam until I checked my account later. Sweet.
 
i guess paypal had a set amount of $$$ to shell out and not enough entries - so they must be going back to the losers. I won $25 earlier so i guess i cant complain but $100 would've been much nicer =]
 
Wow O_O A guy scammed me out of $25 two months ago, and PayPal could only recover $1.01. I had pretty much given it up as lost hope. But now, there's a pending refund for $23.99. So yesterday $25 win, today $24 back. Hmm I wouldn't mind if the trend continued and I got $23 for something tommorrow :p
