I was just at my local Best Buy (Baltimore) and they had Wipeout and Hot Shots Golf for the PSP for $19.99. Other Things I saw and forgive me if these are reposts.

Nope, these are all nationwide price drops at Best Buy, so there's no YMMV.

Edit: At least all of them are except for Trace Memory maybe. That's one I haven't seen posted or in the store yet. Probably a nationwide drop like the rest of them though.

Edit 2: Add Darkwatch to the list I'm not 100% sure are nationwide. Damn, Roufuss beat me to that one. Could very well be nationwide though.

I think some of them might be YMMV clearance items(Hot Shots PSP is still $39.99 online and in-store as of Monday), where they marked this way with the rest of the other games in the aisle or were they set apart in a bin/table? I know one of the BBYs here has Trace Memory on clearance for $24.99 along with a bunch of other misc. games. I think Wipeout Pure is nationwide though, I saw that one on Monday.
 
They had most of these items except for frogger on a table with the new release DVD's. They had a yellow clearance sign out with most of the prices listed
 
Hell yea, HSG is awesome. My fav PSP game. Too bad I got it when it was 40. Definitly not missing out on Wipeout though. Already missed out on the BB price drop they had for Frantix. Aw well, so-so game anyways.
 
why are you saying Timesplitters is not so good??? it's as if the series is never appreciated enough...

I amy pick up wipeout at that price, but I already got my fill of HSG a while ago.
 
Wipeout Pure should be national, Hot Shots Golf should be YMMV. From what I've gathered, individual Best Buy stores run their own clearances on certain items at their own discretion, and they have to manually change the price to their clearance price at check out.

My problem is that I'll be on a 14 hour flight tomorrow. I'd like something new to play, but I also should take my time to pack...tough decisions for a cheapass gamer to make. Plus, my Best Buy sucks and would probably be one of the stores not to carry HSG at $20

well my store has a crapload, so i think you'll be fine. It would be a great game to play... FOR 14 HOURS!

My Best Buy only has the EA GGC, and it only works on sports games that are $29.99 and up. Talk about shitty.

Well if you like hockey, it's decent. I got it when Target had it on clearance. Load times are eh, puck controls are putty iffy. Nice fun but definitly not the greatest hockey game ever. I got it for 15 bucks so yea, I'd say it was decent at that price. But 10 bucks? I'd get it just because it's one of the first games for the PSP to be that price!

My BB doesn't even have this or Wipeout Pure in stock. They only carry Medievil Resurrection and a bunch of the games that never seem to drop in price at all like Burnout Legends.
