-Purpose of Thread-
This thread will be used for posting limited-time availability custom video game inspired shirts (that was a mouthful). There are a lot of websites that sell video game inspired tshirts, but this thread will only be used to alert CAGs to shirts that are available for a limited time and/or at a special price.

Please post a link to whatever video game shirt you come across and include the game that inspired it (like "Mario"), the price if it isn't indicated in the website description below, and if possible a pic of the shirt (use spoiler for the pic to speed up page loading time).

Visit teemagnet.com for tracking the shirt of the day across multiple websites.

-Sizing Info-

Some people like to get shirts from online stores one size larger than the shirts they normally buy (like if you usually wear medium, buy large) since they can shrink a bit after the first wash. Unfortunately it's hard to come up with a general rule as sites seem to change shirt brands at any time.

Always look at the site's sizing chart before making a purchase. It may even give you a hint if you should buy one size larger than normal. If in doubt, I go one size bigger and shrink as necessary. Imho a slightly bigger shirt looks better than wearing a slightly small one.

No. This thread is an elaborate plot to get you to buy a stupid shirt and wear it in public. Don't fall for it.

Why'd you have to let him in on it?! All that elaborate planning gone to waste....

lmao.

Got email from Teefury, new metroid shirt is on the way this weekend. Says Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Looks good from preview ill link image if I figure out how.

>>> Here it is. It is a Mash of of 3 images for the different shirts for each day. Samus is one, and looks like they have some Conan O'brian in there too. Guessing browncoats has to do with Firefly.

$6 shirts my ass. They cost around $14 after shipping!

Still, I bought the shirt that says "Binford Tools." Too awesome to pass up.

Love that Samus decal, but they screened it way too large on the front of the shirt--makes it look tacky, especially on a Black tee.
Eh, it seems gaming related considering the amount of zombie games we get.
RE throwback I think. Check out the helix border. I got one. Largely because I think all Survivor contestants SHOULD end up on this island.

I've got a shirt up for sale on Tilteed.com today--not entirely on point, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't inspired by Lunar and a bit of Bioshock Infinite:

I've also got a derby shirt up for voting at Woot, which is in the "fog of war" and has a shot at printing--I'd appreciate your vote if you're eligible (i.e. you've ever bought anything from any Woot site).

Thanks!

Hah, sweet... Didn't know you were a CAG! I don't post on any of the forums anywhere anymore but I've been following all the shirt competitions for a few years now. I like the one you've got on tilteed, I just might have to finally purchase from them again(especially knowing it was part Bioshock inspired). I had already voted for your shirt on woot this week, it's probably the only one that I'd buy. Well, aside from Boots', that is. Judging by the interview on tilteed, I can see I'm not the only fan of hers around here. Good luck on snagging a print this weekend!

Thanks Mixer! Yeah, my stuff's starting to pick up steam there, but so far haven't gotten that elusive print :) Isn't Boots great?

For anyone who decides to take the plunge on my shirt at Tilteed, please be patient--it's a small shop and they order all materials after all the orders have been placed. So don't be surprised if the turn-around time is a month. That being said, you'll be rewarded with a great print on a fantastic shirt (they use the same shirts Woot does--American Apparel, but they're willing to pull from the full library of colors)

That she most certainly is. :D I'm sure you'll get that first print out of the way soon.

I can also vouch for tilteed, they're probably the best as far as quality is concerned(outside of Threadless and DBH) and they haven't let me down once. Their business model doesn't allow me to buy from them quite as much as I'd like, but all the shirts I have gotten from them have been excellent.

For about 2 seconds, I thought it was a Disney spoof.

Then I was like, wait, that looks a little like Panthro... and the whip looks like Tygra's... I guess the lion is supposed to be Lion-O.

Then I noticed WilyKit and WilyKat... and SNARF is SUPER CUTE!

The lion (Lion-O) is wearing his glove on one foot.
The Cheetah (Cheetarah) has her Staff
The Tiger (Tigra) has his Whip
The Panther (Panthro) his has spike shoulder strap

:) best. shirt. ever.

Not really a video game shirt, but it is a GAME shirt at Woot :)
Plus, it's a shirt I designed (in collaboration with the very talented Walmazan)--so I'm kind of attached :)
Haha nice, Colonel Mustard kills Professor Plum with the wrench =P
In the library. ;)

Nice job with the shirt. Clever.
