-Purpose of Thread-
This thread will be used for posting limited-time availability custom video game inspired shirts (that was a mouthful). There are a lot of websites that sell video game inspired tshirts, but this thread will only be used to alert CAGs to shirts that are available for a limited time and/or at a special price.

Please post a link to whatever video game shirt you come across and include the game that inspired it (like "Mario"), the price if it isn't indicated in the website description below, and if possible a pic of the shirt (use spoiler for the pic to speed up page loading time).

Visit teemagnet.com for tracking the shirt of the day across multiple websites.

-Sizing Info-

Some people like to get shirts from online stores one size larger than the shirts they normally buy (like if you usually wear medium, buy large) since they can shrink a bit after the first wash. Unfortunately it's hard to come up with a general rule as sites seem to change shirt brands at any time.

Always look at the site's sizing chart before making a purchase. It may even give you a hint if you should buy one size larger than normal. If in doubt, I go one size bigger and shrink as necessary. Imho a slightly bigger shirt looks better than wearing a slightly small one.

If anyone's up for voting for my woot design, I've got one up in the fog--it's got a decent chance of printing I think.
Thanks!

I just ordered that one myself. :)

I got an email today from TeeFury with a preview of their next two tees, both gaming related. Looks like a Zelda shirt Thursday and a Street Fighter shirt Friday.

Here's the image from the email:

Here's what the email read:

When it comes to video games, we're not just playing around- we're big fans! That's why two new gaming tees are headed your way this Thursday and Friday.
Time to start smashing pots and barrels to find coins, you're going to need it!

Teevil, the evil TeeFury bird

A few hours later, and it is now Thursday, and sure enough today's TeeFury is in fact Zelda themed as I thought, but also apparently crossed with Adventuretime (I think), a show I believe is on CartoonNetwork that I have not personally seen myself.

Surprised noone else has followed my lead from a few days ago and posted today's TeeFury yet. Just got home myself.

Well, here is today's Street Fighter themed TeeFury tee:

Also, not strictly gaming related, but did anyone else see today's w00t shirt for old school floppy disks? I loved it! (image and link in spoiler)

... As I was grabbing the link for this floppy shirt I see it is sold out now. I was just about to order one.

Apparently I wasn't the only one that loved it.

Checking the stats, it sold out less than 2 hour ago. Damn you job for keeping me away from my computer where I could order this sweet shirt!

Hey look, ANOTHER Skyrim shirt! At least to set itself apart from the dozens of others this one 1) Does Not Quote "Fus Ro Dah" (seriously, how many shirts do we need to say that?) and 2) mixes itself with another property, in this case Terminator.

Today's RiptApperal:

Shirts start at $10. Site also offers other apparel options including hoodies and toddler clothing.

All of the Skyrim shirts are getting old. How about some Mass Effect shirts?? I'll take just about anything except Skyrim or Doctor Who. Nothing against either franchises, it just seems thats all there ever is on teemagnet.

Thats an awesome design. Do you design professionally?
I don't get the love for the floppy and c: prompt, honestly. No offense to the designer
I can only assume you're young and/or not an old-school PC user.

I used 5.25" floppies for years, just not the 8" ones. And I still use command prompt / terminal / vi / etc, and I still don't get the buzz.

Thanks a lot for the kind words everyone--and the links :)

It'll be up for sale for as long as folks keep buying it--they keep the top 20 sellers around until they drop off that list.

Nah, this is a hobby. But it takes up a good huge chunk of my free time :)

No worries, if everyone liked everything, the internet would be a very boring place!

Maybe thats why. For you, its part of your day to day. For me, its a memory trigger, because it was that prompt that started so many hours of gaming many years ago. I like the green glow on this design in particular because it takes me back to playing Rogue in ASCII...oh, the simple times.
Not really a game shirt, but it does have Ryu (and a few others) =P

Edit: just noticed Pyramid Head.
I would of bought this one yesterday.

Oh look, yet ANOTHER Skyrim shirt. Not just another Skyrim shirt, but yet ANOTHER "Fus Ro Dah!" shirt. MORE STILL! It's ANOTHER Crossover! ... This time it's the Simpsons.

Here's today's TeeFury:

Really, haven't we have enough Fus Ro Dah shirts yet? Who keeps buying these? I guess as long as people keep voting on and buying these, this is what we will continue to get. *sigh*

For anyone purchasing from ShirtPunch, how long did it take to get your shirt? It's been almost 3 weeks since I ordered and nothing yet.

@GamerChris

I have ordered 2 shirts from them myself and have yet to receive them (I also don't think I have gotten any emails or other notifications pertaining to anything related to shipping).

My two orders were on 2-16-12 and 2-26-12, so it's been about two and a half weeks since my first order.

Right now it's been taking about a month to get Shirt Punch tees. They've been force to use Canadian Mail system but I've heard they are in the process of moving to the states to speed things up on lead times.

It happens a lot in the shirt biz to have shipments delayed... Most especially for the smaller lesser-known sites. The business model for the shirt-a-day or every 3 days or what have you usually sell first, then print. Depending on who your printer is and how busy they are it can take a while. Woot is usually the fastest that are in this model(though they are maybe the biggest/most popular one and also do their printing in-house), with Teefury & Ript usually taking 2-3 weeks. Buying from an even more obscure site, especially one out of the U.S., almost always takes around a month. At least, from my own experiences(trust me, I have bought WAY too many of these shirts), that is.

I have had a terrible first impression with Shirt Punch. They would not ship my items until I wrote an email demanding a refund (or I would file a chargeback and declare it as fraud to my credit issuer). Their reply was that my items had already been shipped, though I had never received any shipping notifications. It turns out they hadn't been shipped but my letter got them moving, because I received my shirts about ten days after the email, both on the same day (even though they were separate orders weeks apart). In the time between my SP order placement and receiving the shirts, I ordered and received 5(!) orders from other shirt sites. I'm done with them.
Also, if you are used to quality shirt blanks like American Apparel, you will be disappointed. SP uses thick, cardboard-feeling shirts that run big and billowy. I have been burned by little start-ups like this before, I'm afraid that they may go out of business at any moment and not refund any orders (this happened with another site called teextile.com - google it).
It's a real shame that I can't purchase from Shirt Punch, because I really like a lot of their designs. Good luck to those of you that have pending orders.

Thanks for the info. I haven't purchased from them before but this helps make up my mind.
