Alright so I was looking over the Parade Section in the newspaper this morning and they had they top 10 dictators so I thought we have world sexiest everything competitions so why not World Sexiest Dictator. VOTE NOW!

EDIT: Technically, Putin is not a dictator. Hes a president who sometimes acts like a dictator. But technically, he's not a dictator.
 
First of all wow, 48 votes, 4 cheapy head rating this everything had ever hoped for so I want to thank a whole bunch of people so I will start at the top, God, Mom and Dad, My wonderful girlfriend... wait what I am I doing this isn't the grammy's. Sorry about that people my mind wondered now back to the topic.

First of all I agree with magiic I forgot about saddam and how well hung he was.

Second, I will add some more pics for comparison when I have some hi speed internet tommorow.

Also According the the Parade section in the newspaper Vladmir Putin was the 20th worst dictator in the world which I am guessing makes him dictator.

BTW, if I disappear in the night it is probably the koreans taking me cause I stole there idea cause I heard that Kim Jong Il has this competition every year and he has never lost.

That is true, in fact most queens had more power then the kings themselves.
 
What about that spicy latin heat? as mentioned, the illustrious, innfallible, Fidel has been left off - his beard can double as a cumberbund, that's gotta count for built in sexy. Isn't the worlds best life expectancy of any nation sexy? Imagine the old person orgies in the convalescent homes of that island!

Well despite what I wish was the case, Hugo Chaves is without question leaning more towards dictator than el presidente. I have no problem with a cult of personality surrounding a leader, but once the leader effectivley bans the opposition party from public elections, get's the parlament his party controls to extend term limits and suspend sections of the constitution, I'd say that qualifies for dictator status. Despite the nationalization of resources, which isn't necessarily despotic in and of itself, he has digressed from marxist to something more dictatorial. I'd like to think he's a good dictator, helping the poorest of his nation, but power corrupts, ablsolute power corrupts absolutely.
 
On the subject of female dictators the have been some rulers like Catherine the great (Russia) or Queen Elizabeth (England) and even a ruler of China that held unofficial power (I forget her name) that held more power than the dictators of today. While not an accurate source for history the manual for the PC game tropico had at least a few female South American dictators listed which I think were based somewhat on actual people.
