I like the new lists feature that CAG added. I might move my completed games to that from the weird free site in my sig when it gets updated. Noticed a lot of games missing when testing it with the "beaten games" list. Mostly Xbox One games that were missing.

 
Damn that name #IDARB. I kept thinking you guys were tweeting something about Darby. since I don't think I will get through my backlog until next gen I haven't been paying too much attention to the Xbone games.

At least that $2.99 for Dead Space finally convinced me to get it, and since Gamestop is having that 3 for $10 sale got Dead Space 2 to complete the story. I hate survival horror but you guys made it sound like such a great game story wise that I will deal with it.
 
"Life is Strange" is up now for :xb1: Full season is $19.99 and Episode 1 is $4.99 so looks like there will be 5 episodes. Game is developed by Dontnod Entertainment, and published by Square Enix

Watching the vids below gave me a Beyond Two Souls vibe. This game looks good. I'm definitely sold on the game, just a matter of should I get it now or wait for one price drop.

Yeah, I enjoy these types of games so i'll probably buy it later, but I just got Dying Light so no need for me to buy another game yet.

I don't have Mass Effect 3 yet...but I'm kinda interested in the DLCs...although 25€ (during these sales) is still a lot compared that I can get the game under 10€.... any advise?

Well the game itself, as I'm sure you know, isn't available digitally. So if you can pick up the complete edition (assuming there is one) for less I'd say just do that. I picked up the base game for $3.99 a few weeks ago at GS and I went ahead and bought the dlc last time it was on sale. If you can get the base game cheap enough, I'd say get the dlc now, otherwise wait for the complete edition to become cheaper. If that helps at all.
 
Are there a decent amount of people still playing Titanfall and Battlefield 4? Is it easy to find large 64 player matches in BF4?

there is no complete edition so you are correct, get it now!

Well AFAIK ther isn't a complete Edition of Mass Effect 3 and there probably never will be..bioware only did that for dragon age origins...every game after never had a complete edition hum. And yeah I figured that most dlc doesn't go lower than 50% especially if EA is involved. still 25€ seems pricey compared to the main game..hum Probably will pick it up anyway. I haven't bought anything from Live in month and mostly it IS DLC I'm waiting for to go on sale so yeah...

 
Omen feels really floaty thanks to his wings. I like his achievements though and hope they add more like that for future character

EDIT: Just hit somebody with the 100% potential damage move and was able to finish. Felt great

You can skip Omega if that removes some of the sting from your purchase. It's not very long (for $7.50/$15.00) and is non-essential to the story. I would rank Citadel & Arrival (ME2) as must haves, and From Ashes & Leviathan as great pickups for more story exposition.

Not long ago, we saw a similar sale on DLC for the Mass Effect trilogy. Up until then, it was usually just a handful of pieces of DLC that went on sale at the same time so I never bit the bullet and kept waiting for them all to go on sale. Once they finally did, I did the math and was shocked to find out how much it would cost me to pick them all up.

My chips are on a remastered edition of the trilogy materialising. The rumours about one have been increasingly frequent and, on some occasions, even fueled by BioWare staff. The increasing frequency of these sales would also fit nicely in that theory, EA wouldn't neglect a chance to milk the franchise before remastering its udder for a new generation of consoles.

 
Thanks for the comments everyone...I still would need all achievement dlc since I'm a completionist (at least for awesome game series). I just checked the DLC prices from Mass Effect 2...there might be a chance in the future, that some of the dlcs will have greater discounts than 50%. At least for the ME2 dlcs this was true. And since my gaming backlog is stilll HUGE I think I can wait...unless Day X will come first where the 360 servers and marketplace will be shut down and you are no longer able to download your bought stuff hum.

I signed in xbox rewards just to browse around and got scared for a sec since my gamer picture was different on the upper right. So I quickly went to xbox.com to check and nope, it didn't change.  I had the same gamer picture since zero hour 360 launch.  Anyway, I realize it's still Jan.  How often you guys change your pics?

 
Is anyone else unable to get onto Bad Company 2? Just like when the game went free to gold last year I keep getting an unable to connect error. It's been like this for 3 days now.
 
Finally they updated my account and gave me my free one month for Halo MCC. If you never got the message like me just check your membership and the one should have been added. They had to have added it today because I didn't have it yesterday.

I got the message that I would get an additional month, never got the month added though. Figured it would show up on my subscription date - upping it by a month; haven't see it happen yet.

 
I'm really glad I checked the reviews of NHL '15 on XB1. I bought the last two and enjoyed them sparingly. They essentially upscaled the graphics and stripped the game modes to the bare minimum. Hey, let's polish this turd up and sell it to our loyalists since we know they'll buy it because it's new!

They don't even have EASHL online mode, yet it's on 360. What a joke.

 
I didnt buy it...I bought 13. 14 came out with less stuff then 13. I stopped buying them. Thats the only way to get these companies to do things different.

 
Any Transformers fans here have an opinion on Rise of the Dark Spark?

Been watching reviews and they all say either that it's a mediocre Fall of Cybertron clone, or to avoid it all together if you did like Fall of Cybertron, so not sure whether to bite or not. I did really like Fall of Cybertron/War for Cybertron, so not sure if a mediocre version by a different studio is worth $12.50

I rented it from gamefly and actually finished the whole campaign. I like the Transformers but I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan and I didnt really like the game. I enjoyed the first Cybertron game a lot more. Its only $13 so it may be worth checking out for a Transformers fan.

But don't you hate all games?

I hate a lot of games, but not all games. I'm a big Transformers fan though, loved both Cybertron games. $13 is a lot though when I usually stick to $5 and under games. It's a choice of splurging on this, waiting to see what comes up next week, or getting one Defiance dlc.

Thinking you're right. Been reading other reviews while watching tv tonight and the reviews aren't all that great. I'll probably hold off till it comes down some more. If there was even one glowing review about it I'd bite but have really found none at all so far.

EXACT same feelings about Fall/War. Incredible games and its devastating high moon is relegated to making COD map packs when you could tell they had such talent and love for the TF universe. Rise of the Dark Spark is extremely disappointing, I wanted to like it. Even wanted to get into the horde mode. Couldn't get into either. You can tell they developed this game in a year or less using assets High Moon created. I would recommend a rental at best. You can beat the story campaign in a day.

The newest one is complete shit compared to the other Cybertron games. If you must know the story, watch online somewhere. This game has the power to make you hate Transformers.

Omen's Raging Demon Demonic Despair is too fun. I found the best time to use it against other Omen players and have lost/had some close matches trying to bait them. See below for an example where I almost lost trying to bait it.

I need help! how do you guys get away from destiny?/Online universes/

I have games that I know are going to be super fun but I always end up back on destiny for the reset/raid

In November I just told myself that single player games can be completed later that way I can stay current with destiny.

idk why I even buy games.. help lol
