i bought scott pilgrim when it first arrived on the marketplace. will i not be able to download it again since it is delisted? i have it installed on my hard drive already. if it cannot be downloaded again later, can i transfer it using a usb drive? will there be a license issue?

Not related to the holiday sale but is Minecraft X1 still showing for $4.99 for anyone that has it on the 360? I've had my X1 since October and have Minecraft on the 36" and its shown $4.99 for a while but when I just checked yesterday it came up as $4.99. I was finally thinking of getting it on the x1.
 
I have like $93 left to blow through and running out of things to choose from... I'm probably going to wind up buying GTAV for 50 cents off since the other option is $60 of Dance Central Spotlight DLC I'll probably never play.

I have so many questions!

Is the Watch Dogs season pass worth it if I was kinda lukewarm on the game?

Is Burial at Sea worth it, or should I just get the Infinite complete edition? (Does that have the DLC on disc?)

Anyone have thoughts on Retro City? I know it's been cheaper on Steam, but I play just about nothing on my laptop...

Looks like it is back to 19.99, that sucks, really wanted to try this one. Will have to wait for another price drop.

 
Basically, if you're not a big fan of the game, there isn't much going on. You play as Tbone, and have pretty much the same abilities.

You're definitely me getting much from the story either.

On sale that I would actually consider buying? Alien Isolation and LEGO Batman 3. $45 is too much for LB3 though and I was going to wait on Alien to drop to around $20 physical I think Have everything else that isn't CoD/Destiny or sports and I would rather have GTAV over that stuff.

Other stuff I would consider like Temple of Osiris and Styx are just too much as well. Pier Solar could be interesting but the reviews are very mixed. Bought all the DLC I would want for stuff other than the DCS songs that I would likely never use.

Yeah, it really does sound like you're sort of in a bind. I'd almost suggest buying Destiny for the value if you run out of reasonable things. Having GTA on digital really makes it easier to pop in and pop out, FWIW.

Also: I know you're not a huge sports guy, but $30 isn't bad at all.

Oh I'm a huge sports guy, sports games just piss me off to no end. If I can't rage trade them I might break something. Most years I buy and trade MLB three or four times. :rofl:

Destiny I just wasn't thrilled with the five or six hours I tried it for, wanted to like it and it just didn't click. GTAV I played about 50-60% through on PS3 but I know it's something I like at least and will play which is why it's kind of my fall back in this.

Edit- Ended up buying GTAV and LEGO Marvel since I'm running out of time before I have to leave. Now I'm down to $17.30 to spend. Debating chipping in $13.30 of normal credit to get Alien Isolation or a $15 game like LEGO Movie or Pier Solar.

So I just counted, and between digital and physical I have 74 different XBO games... of which I've actually played about 1/3 probably.

 
Ugh, this sale should have been called "Letdown to 2015" >_>

Picked up Cartoon Network PTE to play with the kids, and Retro City and that's IT from 2+ weeks of daily deals and two long lists of weekly content. Really wish they would put more back catalog / older stuff on sale.

Thanks! Downloading now. This was one of the games I was hoping we'd see on sale so I'm excited to play it.

Also started playing DA:I tonight. Not even past the intro and I'm really liking it. Good lord, who would've thought a jump button could be such a boon to an established rpg franchise?!
 
microsoft requires payment information despite the game being free. chat offered me the link to get last months game without payment he would not help me out with d4 as he said it is a glitch that it is free

I'm considering the Watchdogs season pass since I bought the game for $20 at Target with a price match and $1 pre-order card back in November. According to what I read online, it adds several single player missions to the game. In all honesty, I haven't opened Watchdogs yet since I have a mother of a backlog. Whether or not you think you need to add more content to a game that's already about 50 hours (again, according to the reviews I read) is up to you. But I'm thinking that I will want this, and I have less than 6 hours to decide.

I have the Bioshock Infinite Complete Collection, and everything is on disc. I when I bought it at Best Buy the Monday after Black Friday, it was $19.99, which is the current price of the entire season pass. I still haven't opened it, but I'm considering returning it and just getting Burial at Sea Episodes 1 & 2 since I have no desire to replay the first game. It had one of the best stories I've ever encountered in a game, but I just don't think it would be the same if I ever replayed it. Burial at Sea takes you back to Rapture, the setting of the original Bioshock, but you get to play the episodes with the heroes of Bioshock Infinite, Booker and Elizabeth. That's why it was such a big deal for fans.

I would jump on Retro City Rampage at that price, and I did. I don't use Steam, but it's a really good game if you're a fan of 8-bit games and the 1980s and 1990s since there are a lot of homages to popular culture in the game.

 
Well I guess I'm getting Whistleblower. Wish the titanfall pass was on sale for the one too. I haven't finished wolf among us on 360 and I already have the disc versions of walking dead. The only other ones in looking at are Legend of Korra and Lego Marvel. I never watched either of the avatar shows so not sure if Korra would appeal to me.
 
Really wish Super Ultra Dead Rising 3 Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX α would go on sale. Want to pick it up and play with a couple buddies already.

I think they both are.

I don't get a whole lot of time to play video games, and as such I end up buying games, playing them until I get bored and never finishing them. MG:R is one of the few games I finished (it helps that it's not terribly long). It's just fun. And it's platinum games, so it's like metal gear meets bayonetta. I think the dlc is now free for it as well.


Spec ops, I really enjoy but haven't finished. It seems like your typical third person war shooter but it's pretty far from it. It's fun, it's interesting, and it has some of the best use of licensed music I've heard in a video game.


To sum up: get 'em both!
 
Leaning toward picking up the DR3 season pass because hey, I've already downloaded it. Also considering the Lego Movie Game but I never finished the other 2 next gen Lego games.
