Gears 3 is a great game - I loved the campaign. (I enjoy Gears lore for some reason. )

RAAM's Shadow is also good. Maybe they will put that on sale for those that never played it.

Glad to see the best AC game as a free game for people to play, and interesting that they will do 2 new games per month, though the schedule is a bit odd since one game is free the whole month, while the other one has a mid-month cycle.

On the 360 side, just glad to keep adding towards my future backwards compat list :)

So Many Me looks like it could be a surprise enjoyment of a puzzle platformer, and maybe I can finally get some of those multiplayer achievements with Black Flag lol.

Just to make sure, once the games go up for GwG you can 'purchase' them on the microsoft site and then download later correct? I won't be in town once ACIV and Gears 3 come up :(

 
fuck yes! I already own ACIV but I need the multiplayer achievements. With all the n00bz jumping in hopefully that'll drum up the MP numbers and make it active again.

PVZ and Gears 3 for the 360 shit yeah! Got the original 1500G for PvZ on the One. Certainly won't mind doing it again. And Gears 3 is always a great time.

First weak month in a while for me, but pretty decent overall. It'll be nice to have Gears 3 digitally, especially since it's practically guaranteed to be BC eventually.

As a non-hardcore competitive game, Gears 3 is definitely the best of the series. Campaign is pretty solid and the first to be 4 player co-op. Horde Mode is vastly expanded, and the basic mechanics have a ton of little tweaks that help the experience overall. And it's not a total Gnasher-fest 24/7 because the rifles are finally useful enough, only Gnashers 23/7.,

As an add-on to the previous answers, you will need an alternative method of payment attached to your account (credit card, PayPal, MS/Visa gift card authorized for online purchases) to be able to purchase 360 items through the web site.

Yesterday Dying Light playfullyencouraged people to drink water in exchange for a free docket code that gives players a high-tier weapon to redeem in-game. The response from the community was overwhelmingly positive with fans from all over the globe joining in.

To thank fans for their amazing involvement, today Techland announced anadditional level to the Drink For DLC campaign. Techland have decided to design, create and release a number of all new free DLC packs for Dying Light throughout the second half of the year. The campaign will be led by the fans reaching successive stretch goals - by posting pictures of themselves drinking water on Twitter and tagging them with #DrinkForDLC.

All fans who have already participated will have their submissions added to the total tweet count. A full breakdown of the stretch goals are listed in the attached image along with the originally promised docket code:

However, the very first stretch goal will be a more immediatereward. As the tweet count is already nearing 5,000, Techland decided to reward all the water-loving fans with a 50% XP boost to player agility. The perk will be active for 24 hours, starting this Sunday, June 28th (Pacific Time).

Techland will keep fans informed on the campaign progress via the official Dying Light Twitter account and will announce the number of upcoming free DLCs by the end of July 2015.

Why all the hate on The Evil Within? I think it's a great survival horror game -- one of the best outside of the Resident Evil games IMO.

I neither hate nor care for the game...I am just pretending to be mean about others getting the game for free. I dont play survial horror ( coz' it spooks me out :) )

 
I've got the physical copy of TEW, so I can't check and see if it's in my download list.

I can imagine if this were something like Microsoft giving out a free game as a thanks, people would probably pitch a fit like they did when Apple gave away the free U2 album.

I am fine with GWG I guess.  They are all games I do not have but I already played ACIV.  I also had PvZ on disc for awhile so I should still have a save file.

 
PVZ is pretty weak... I don't like to complain about "free" games but come on, it's a porting from a smartphone title. i bought it months ago when it was like 2€...

Atleast, today I found 3 retail games for cheap. RF Armageddon (1€), Vanquish (3€) and Borderlands Pre Sequel (6€). If they're bad I can earn money from selling them

 
Happy for more Xbox One games on the reg, have 3 of the July games already although Gears 3 is on disc so that's something in this bold new world of backwards compatibility

 
I'm happy with the GWG games. I own all of them except for So Many Me but I really like getting these new indie games free. Massive Chalice is one of those games I would've been really curious about, and probably would've paid for as a huge double fine fan but I honestly didn't like it at all. I'm glad it was free and I look forward to trying so many me as well.

I really hated what I played of TEW because it was all stealth (in the beginning at least). I really enjoyed the RE games but you didn't have to sneak around in those. I was hoping for more survival horror where you have to conserve ammo, health and the rest of your inventory to be successful rather than a stealth game

Well, stealth is really just one way to play the game. You could go in full guns blasting, but you wouldn't last long just as in the RE games because of limited ammo and health. They're really very similar games (with the man behind RE4 involved, that isn't much of a surprise).

I've played RE, RE2, RE4, RE5, RE6 and ORC and never felt like stealth was necessary, but in TEW it's absolutely necessary early on. In the RE series as long as you are a decent shot you can fight basically everyone

It turns more into a gore fest later on I think, there's one mission where you're squared off against a ton of those guys.

I think the black bar removal might help it to feel less clunky

1.  I really haven't enjoyed the first 3 episodes of season 3 so far (and I loved seasons 1 and 2), and

2.  I bought the Storm Island DLC on both my and my son's accounts last week.

 
I have the first 3 arkham games but I haven't played them yet. can I skip them and go straight to the new one without it negatively effecting my enjoyment of the games? and yes I know my avatar thing is batman so I should have played the first three but I didn't pick it, a fellow cag made it for me.
