All this talk about people abusing the system to horde currency (don't deny it) just shows how badly some people will hold out for sales. Also, here's a story about a hoarder from Surrey BC. 

And to keep slightly on topic, Just Cause 2 has a couple free dlc packs, one of which gives you a exploding tuk tuk and another is a weaponized ice-cream truck.

Massive Chalice is pretty cool. Nice TBS with some deeper challenges from the bloodline and keep decision making. I also like the art direction. Quite content with this offering for GwG.

Anyone else think the female narrator sounds like Cortana?

I would think that a lot of people who played MCC collection initially upon release were disappointed and traded it in shortly after,  Now there's gonna be a ton of people with ODST codes without MCC still

Well, was enjoying Massive Chalice but a, hitting a bug where the game freezes with a loud buzz after a battle. Anyone else having crashes/freezes?

And damn, those exploding enemies are a bitch.

Just happened to me after a 30 minute battle. At least it auto saved to the start of the battle. Thought I lost a lot more progress.

Found out why my archer sucks. She has drunk trait.

LOL. Happened to me twice after the same battle. I had gotten my ass kicked both times so having them reset was kind of a good thing. That said if it keeps happening, I'll have to wait for a patch. Ashame though, it seems like a decent game so far.

Mentioned this in am earlier post, but don't you think the female narrator sounds a lot like Halo's Cortana?
 
I had my expired balance restored without any issues.  Just chat with billing support and they should restore it for you.

Try out Massive Chalice. It's an unlikely yet well done mixture of Civ and X-COM, with families, royalties and kingdoms mixed in it. Your heroes grow old, can have children who ultimately end up fighting the war once old enough, as the battle will last hundreds of years. A novel concept and a well done game, I suggest everyone giving it a shot.

Yep, started Massive Chalice and it's like XCOM with all that Double Fine goodness.  So much goodness so far... Except now I have to choose who lives and who dies! Bastards.

 
Massive Chalice is excellent. Played for about 3 hours last night. The voice acting is top-notch. The ambient music is perfect. The gameplay is glorious. I can see how many people might feel overwhelmed, but there is an excellent tutorial at the beginning of play. There is a lot to comprehend, but you take it in doses. Not all at once.
This *might* be the (double) finest GWG title the :xb1: has had all year. :)
 
All this talk comparing Massive Chalice to XCOM has me really excited.  XCOM was one of my top 5 favorite games the year it came out.  Looking forward to trying it out today.  Seems like a really great offering for GWG

Maybe there will be actually tombs to raid, instead of just a small cave with an artifact in it. That was the only thing I found wrong with the first one.

Having never played any previous Tomb Raider games, I thought the "tombs" in the newest one were fun and interesting. I'm really not sure how much better they can be, but would definitely like to see it, if so. I guess the common complaint I see is that the tombs weren't challenging enough, but I didn't mind that considering i'm not very bright.

 
Looking at maybe getting the Arkham knight CE and Microsoft store online is the only place selling it. Anyone know if they charge right away?
