I think it is all but guaranteed they will since it is their major release next year. They have the Forza one and the Halo one that has yet to be announced.

Why is adding the women football teams that competed in the World Cup to FIFA a bad thing? It opens up the game to more people that got into the USWNT's success this year and is something they should've had for a while now.

Sometimes tho, every once in awhile, you'll check in around 11e, and they'll have been a price glitch for a game that you totally would play for $10... and it will have already been fixed.

Then the new sale price and every other sale price will forever have a little asterix by it, reminding you that a few of your fellows got it much cheaper than you. And as we all know, a cheaper game is a better game.

That's a valid point. And believe me, I have benefited from the Madden codes last year (bought one for me and my son) but that being said I still just get instantly annoyed when I see all the different skus. It's probably some form of OCD. :)

Because the game has enough flaws right now, and yet they decide to add another separate gamemode to the game?

I think people should push for something else, like: updated career mode (maybe without broken calender), random tournaments in regular seasons (or is that a FUT exclusive?), better menus, gameplay updates (not the "enhanced dribbling" they talk about every year, I'm talking about true updates), better IA (on higher difficulties they just win more rebounds and score every time they take a shot)

I don't mind the assorted packins, like said it makes it easier to jump in (no pun intended). Sony annoys me a lot more with special edition consoles. You get punished for being a [moderately] early adopter and not getting a cool design.

Since they are adding women into play I'd push for lockerroom mode where I can dress and undress my female players, take off their sweaty uniform give'em a hand with a sponge in the showers, etc

Is it a separate game mode, or just new teams? Thought I saw a preview with a womens team playing against Barca or something, so I just assumed it was mainly new player models etc. I agree with most of your complaints, it hasn't seemed to be too terribly different since 13, but I still usually get it if I can find a deal (>$40) near launch

They're just new teams. Nothing about adding the Women's National Teams would take away from their ability to work on the various modes in the game.

Completely separate, you can only use women teams against women teams, and the only way to use them online is through friendly matches (so no women career, no women online cups or online seasons).

And there's "only" 12 national teams so it would probably get boring soon.

Except they're not a different mode. You play them in the basic exhibition modes, but only against the other WNTs. Adding in the WNTs doesn't block them from working on any other part of the game.

They're not just 12 teams you can use against each other, they should have new animations and gameplay balancement, that's what they said at the announcement. It's not completely split from the main game as UT but it's a different gamemode.

They have to take resource to make something decent, it's not something you can develop in a weekend.

In the game, you spend several hours watching a computer monitor - hoping to see good news. Then, promptly at 5pm Pacific/8pm Eastern, the monitor refreshes itself and simply says "Game Over"... If you try to searching the game's website yourself - hoping to find a deal that slipped through the cracks - the game simply laughs at you.

Thanks guys. It's probably been a long time coming, short story is that I got tired of the constant negativity and unhappiness. The tried statement "happy wife happy life" applies to me. I'm very easy going, so it could have been easy to make things work. But I realized you can't change people. So I left to clear my head for a few weeks, and she flipped the fuck out after FIVE days; I heard from an acquaintance she was talking to an attorney. After 3 weeks, she told me she was filing and had been informed to keep my daughter from me until our first hearing.
Very much a whirlwind of crap going on in my life right now. I just want to see my little one and she's keeping her. So i have to play nice until then. That's a hard thing to do when the person you've known for almost a third of your life morphs into someone completely different in a matter of weeks. Regardless, I've had a lot of time to play xbox(es), so I just hope we get some good deals. Else I'll be the cliche and go have a beer and call it a night :D/

So we can turn the thread back to something else now...sorry to have brought everyone down...or not knowing a few of you :)

sorry to hear that man, I'm going through a divorce right now (16 years together). Mines a lying cheating whore though. We're trying to 50/50 everything, including custody for our two kids. I know exactly how you're feeling right now. I'm about two months in to it. Shits going to get ugly, hate to say it. The best I can tell you is keep your family and friends close right now. Logically, I agree with you, but Alex Morgan is freaking gorgeous. They gotta go with the best looking one.

Just throwing this out there: Do your wives know you post on here?  If not, okay, but if they do you might want to hold off talking or commenting about them.  They could try to use these words against you in court, especially in something like a custody battle.  It's lame...but in almost every court battle the wife will have much more sympathy walking into the courtroom, so just be careful about what you write or text on any site so that it doesn't get used as ammo against you.

Also, probably not the best medication, but don't forget about the Xbox CAG Nights team.  It might help to distract on the rough nights, if you any of you guys have them.

Since we're all keeping it real here, might as well continue along the same type of path and say I'm 9 months into a divorce. Crazy how much your SO of 10 years changes in so short a time. Course, I'm sure she feels the exact same way about me really. But ultimately, it's a two way road and if both individuals aren't growing together, you're growing apart. Which is sadly what happened to us. Just rebuilding my life for a bit now, so my dislike for MS and their crappy date night sales is a great inside joke IMO that I'm sure some of you CAGs get :rofl:

That said, hope you guys and gals get some good deals in just a few hours. I'll be pulling for it!!!!

Agreed. Exes can easily find something online and twist it much to their lawyer's delight. Mine however is somewhat amicable as we're not fighting too-too much in the separation agreement. Besides, she prolly is on some site posting about shoes or a weight management site in all honsety. We all have our hobbies and mine is gaming/weightlifting. Hers is shoes/losing weight

Also, probably not the best medication, but don't forget about the Xbox CAG Nights team. It might help to distract on the rough nights, if you any of you guys have them.

We will be playing at 9pm tonight of any of you guys wanna join. I think we broke the polling system but I think tonight we start we Forza Horizon 2 and take it from there.

I was about to comment on how there isn't a Steak N Shake out here in CA and at-least-we-have-In-N-Out, but then I looked up their local restaurants and there's two here. Seems the closest one is in Santa Monica. Next time I visit LA, I'll be sure to head over and try one out
