I guess they went with VC for NBA2K17 because Christmas Day is day they always run a bunch of NBA games that might be interesting the last few minutes of the 4th quarter. I would of taken the coal though.

Just installed all 85 gigs of Gears 4 on my wife's Win 10 laptop, just so I can log in on the 27th when we're out of town and get dat Ice Boomshot. :)
 
The internet easily makes people anonymous. A decent chunk of individuals might get nervous around girls, guys or groups easily. What is easier than typing a compliment with no social interaction involved? Heck, gaming in general can help some of us cope through shyness/issues or whatever. Sometimes it may come off a bit awkward(specially when multiple posters do it), but we're all human.

In addition, this is the xbl deals thread. If there are crappy showings, we'll talk about food, complain about MS or whatever off the wall thing. Or some guys are letting out their inner construction worker and hootin like some chica walked by *shrug*

Yes. The Ice Boom Shot will be a reward just like the daily bounty card you get for free, just for loggin in. 12/27 is the only day to get it.

Now I hope The Coalition adjusts the IUR pack that was up the other day. 4,400 creds/$9.99 is waaaay too much for five randoms when there are four confirmed IUR character skins and tons of IUR weapon skins(not to mention the IUR weapon skins like totally generic). The IUR pack will be making a comeback before January 4th. It'll be a limited time only, but longer than a day

The title screen is enough. They do daily rewards now, most of the time it's a bounty but on the 16th it was an emblem (I missed that one) and on the 27th it's the Boomshot skin.

Have you tried starting the game on the laptop already? I ended up installing forza horizon 3 on my laptop and it didn't bother to tell me my pc couldn't handle the game until after the 60gb download.

Those Gears UIR packs are way overpriced, especially when they have such a short availability and holiday packs were released shortly beforehand at a much lower price.  I blew all my credits on those and I doubt I'd make enough credits to get even one UIR pack when we all know it would take dozens to get all the contents.

 
My nephew got Rock Band 4 for Christmas, and coming over this week so I was looking around for an extra guitar I could use. I don't follow Rock Band 4 deals very much, I know they get a lot of heavy discounts, but I saw this on Amazon.com. It's a wireless guitar, rockband 4 game with rivals download token for $39.99. Seems like an ok deal since all the guitars are $39.99 alone.

I love the game...but sweet feathery Jesus this is ridiculous. I do not remember how bad last year's daily specials were, but I am fairly certain they couldn't potentially be worse than the current crop. When the usual generic weekly sale is better than the huge end-of-the-year sale, you've crapped the bed something fierce.

I know it wasn't received as well as the others on release and was hesitant to add more plastic instruments, so I didn't jump in this generation. I figure $40 is a pretty low risk purchase.

It seems to be on sale A LOT. It's hitting the level of "Wow, ANOTHER GTA sale" or "Crap my pants, MORE NBA 2K accessories!" sales. It's a terrific game, but it's been on sale more than most.

 
I Can understand all the dumb food talk and even sports talk, but all this talk of feet is really when I gotta ask if this thread has really hit an all time low.

 
$21 for JC 3 XL is crazy. I paid $67 a year ago.

It's fun. I 100%d it. Some funny moments and tons of explosions. Completing all those damn challenges took years off my life though lol.

Apparently people are having trouble looking past it? You're correct, but unfortunately the SNES is dead. It turns on, but it's always just a solid black screen, at least the RF output. AV may still work.

I usually do Cut Man, Elec Man, Elec Man's stage again to get the Magnet Beam, Bomb Man, Guts Man, Ice, then Fire. When I was younger I could beat Yellow Devil without the pause glitch but I'm out of practice.

 
Oh man. I want Just Cause 3 XL at that price but I've barely even started JC2, so it'll be in the backlog for awhile. This is where I gamble on whether it'll drop even lower by the time I'm ready to play it, or if this is a one-time deal being this low on the XL.

Missed it last night, had to go to bed early for work. Yeah, not exactly something to be clamored for as I think FIFA already hit this price around BF digitally. If I was a big FIFA person it would be tempting as it's the lowest digital has hit and just a few bucks more than physical has hit and digital is nice for daily played sports games (although physical is better for the annual BB trade in deal). I prefer real football, but Madden doesn't hook me enough to pay more than $15. I'd pay the full $60 for a digital NFL2k16 tho...
