Yeah, it was me. Thinking about it I can't remember if it was 1 or 2 that was really bad. The other is passable with slight slow down and some audio issues. I guess wait to see what people say in the next day or two.

This isn't good, Shinobi usually has good info. I guess I'm not surprised as they haven't really had any big successes lately, and Monster Hunter World looks expensive. Rumor recently was that Marvel vs Capcom basically flopped.

I know I told my nephews to hold on with MvC because knowing Capcom, a better version would be out in a few short months. It's the Capcom way. Capcom did it to themselves.

The only good thing Capcom has done this gen is their remasters.  They're usually good quality for a cheap price.

On an unrelated note, I have 375 games installed on my Xbox One, and I'm still just playing Shadowrun.

Never played the Dead Rising series.  Any thoughts on these?  Anyone think they drop any more for Black Friday?  Also, looking at Sonic Racing All-Stars Transformed.  Worth $15?  Any advice would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I loved DR 2 the most, 4 the least. As far as Racing transformed, that game was great. The closest thing to a Mario Kart on the X.

Would be nice if they would add Panzer Dragoon Orta, Obscure, Dreamfall, TimeSplitter series, Fatal Frame series, Silent Hill series, Conker Live & Reloaded, Hunter the Reckoning series, Baldurs Gate series, Dungeons & Dragons Heroes and Call of Cthulhu Dark Corners of the Earth.

The same Capcom who has struggled immensely this gen? Capcom has some classic big name IPs that play well to both Western and Asian markets but they have failed to capitalize on them. I am not sure MS has the management structure to support them but this could be the right slew of first party titles they need. That said, Nintendo and Sony are likely to be very interested.

Sonic Transformed isn't as polished as MK8, but I had way more fun with it because of the sheer amount of single player content. The dynamic track changes also keep things interesting. Game is wonderful.

 
Holdup, I've been waiting over a year for Silent Hill: Downpour to have a sale on the Xbox Marketplace so I could buy it for backward compatibility...but it actually hasn't been available for purchase digitally since July 2015...?

What kind of licensing nonsense is this?

I Think it was something to do with licensed music and Konami just not wanting to deal with it.

Yes, it always seems to come down to licensed music, doesn't it....

...And having waited for a sale on something that literally does not exist - a digital version of the game - I feel a special kind of stupid right now.

Capcom has so many classic IPs, they're probably only second to Nintendo. Pretty much all the publishers would be putting in bids.

 
Kinda tempted by the Silent Hill HD Collection. I know they're apparently awful remasters, but I want to replay SH2 and I've never played SH3, and PCSX2 is a pain in the ass. I'm honestly more turned away by the fact that I'm adding reasons to keep my 360 since I can't see it going BC.

Anything in the season pass for RE7 that I would be missing if I just piecemeal together Vol 1 & 2 then wait for a deal on the last piece of DLC to be released? By the way, season pass ($27) and both Vol 1 ($6) & 2 ($9) are on sale too.

It looks like they started. I went ahead and purchased the few Marvel tables I didn't have (Ant Man, Avengers AoU, Venom, and Guardians). They transferred to X1 FX2 and FX3. If you didn't know already, the individual tables are now part of a bundle on FX3 so if you're missing a table or two from the pack you may want to buy it on the 360 so you can transfer them to the X1.

The following packs from the 360 FX2 will not transfer to the X1.

Iron and Steel

Bethesda (thanks AD)

Portal

Ninja Gaiden (mentioned before)

Edit - Don't have any info on The Walking Dead since I seem to have gotten it free when I dl'ed FX3 so I have it both on the X1 FX2 and FX3 and I am not buying it on the 360 just to find out.

Dead Rising 4 standalone game+Season pass or should I get the Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition? $3 difference in price, but don't see anything else that is different. Can anyone confirm there is more to the Deluxe Edition? If not, then just get the base game & season pass.

I'm always tempted to get SOTN each time it's gone on sale out of nostalgia for such a great game. I'm sure it still holds very well.

I agree - Axiom Verge WAY overrated. That new mummy game looks pretty good.
 
I highly recommend Victor Vran - I bought it a while ago and just started playing it. Excellent old school gameplay -lots of fun.

Life is Strange Complete First Season. It has been on sale for $5 every couple of months and we haven't had a Square Enix GwG in awhile. Plus the new game is out.

Maybe Rare Replay and The Final Station since a bunch of people already got it for free from Mixer. They like to repeat promos/freebies.

I'm willing to bet the first Assassin's Creed will be a Xbox 360 free title this month. It's never been Game For Gold. And is getting Xbox 1 X upgrades.

I can see either Assassin's Creed 1 or Oblivion (maybe even both) being free for the 360 to promote the new X BC bump.

 
I had no idea Freddy was coming to Dead By Daylight. That's pretty fuck ing awesome. I haven't played since I first got it- are the frame rates still an issue?

Re: Friday the 13th, I've enjoyed what I've played but I'm not sure how much I'll go back to it unless they actually follow through with adding single player, play vs bots, etc.

I wish more of the horror-y stuff was included in the Rewards mission this month. Walking Dead seasons 1 and 2 are in it, but 3 isn't included? Come on.
 
Not that anyone would be tempted by only 25% off Cities:Skylines, but don't forget the Premium Edition launches Nov 14th which will include the season's pass (7 DLC so far); might be worth waiting for a sale on that version.

So the official price of Prey quickly came down to $40 and is being sold used for considerably less than that....

We're not getting an Xbox One X patch for that game, are we...?  Its not listed, and it feels to me like Bethesda's version of EA's Andromeda: it didn't light up the market so lets aggressively slash its price, drop any future potential DLC plans, and stop updating it.

Shame.  I could've been talked into Prey at $30 if it had a lot of care put into XB1X Enhancements.

 
Looking for some advice. I am definitely picking up KOTOR to play through again, but I want to pick up one more to add to my growing backlog. I shamefully never finished Prince of Persia: Sands of Time or Psychonauts. If I can only pick one for right now, which one should I grab first? I have heard amazing things about both.
