I didn't have any problems launching the game when I tried it at Christmas, but I was pretty disappointed in the gameplay. It was tough to tell what was happening on the screen and what I was supposed to be shooting at for some reason. It seemed like the camera angle was too shallow, but I didn't see any way to get a more top down perspective. I think I lasted for an hour or two and wonder if I'll ever go back to it.

 
State of Decay 2's HDR lighting is really great.... I'll report back with some more positives

It's actually not that bad but it sure is State of Decay, doors are your enemies and the lip syncing on the NPC models is so bad it's starting to become good.

That’s odd, because my fiancé and I were both playing and both our systems are wired: hers ran smooth as always, I played one game and had serious frame rate/ lag issues. Tried a quick reset but that didn’t work, so I gave up for the night. Probably something random with the latest update I’m guessing.

I have no idea what I am supposed to be doing. Supposed to be healing the sick. At a location which shows a orange magnifying glass. There is nothing here to discover. Wandered around to many empty buildings trying to find the cure. Could be fun if I had a clue what they wanted me to do or if I had some co-op partners. Game pass is expiring in a day or two but maybe try this again at some point.

Never had that issue on my wired X1 in Overwatch. Even when my girlfriend is also playing on her S.

I'll be elbow deep in Overwatch these next three weeks playing all the events since I've only been playing since November. I need more skins!

 
I already own this on Steam, but it's very good! Certainly better than Mighty No. 9. I like the interaction between the two doctors as well... it reminds me of Statler and Waldorf from The Muppets.

Thing about next Thursday, is that it'll be the 31st and they've never announced the GWG games on the eve of the following month. So chances are they'll announce them tomorrow.

The Forza stream is live with 4 quests, 3 cars and a driver suit. The feed went live 20 minutes before the top of the hour, so I got back from a meeting to see I was already well on the way to the watch 30 and 60 minute quests.

Would be funny if they tried that, since the one that is supposed to be free on the 1st will likely drop the night of the 30th, unless it's a new release.

 
Battlefield V makes no sense to me. I mean, yeah, they used “1” with the latest game but it still was a Battlefield game in every other sense of the word. So this should be VI dammit!

Battlefield VI or 6 would be next year. :)

I honestly don't care, I just want good Battlefield games. They can call it Battlefield 64 if they want. Go with Nintendo

They've just realized they can both make more money and theoretically have a more happy player-base if they go the same route as games like Overwatch and Fortnite that have constant FREE updates.

I don't think it came up here but a couple days ago Epic announced they are going to be bank-rolling Fortnite prize pools for a year with $100,000,000. This, along with some of their other decisions like no-questions-asked returns for Paragon, shows just how much money they must be making. And hell, Overwatch raised $10,000,000 5 days before Pink Mercy was done. While the Overwatch example is somewhat different because it was for charity, that was only the money from people buying the skin in game, it didn't count all the money the Twitch side of the even brought in.

For perspective, $100,000,000 is by far the biggest prize pool any esport has had. Overwatch League's first year has a $3,500,000 prize pool. EVO's entire 20 year history has has just broken $1.2 million in winnings. The only thing that can even touch this insane number is the entirety of Valve's 7 years of DotA Major Championships at $98,000,000

The real test will be to see if Activision and EA have finally learned that cosmetics only microtransactions are the path to this massive success. EA might have due to Battlefront 2, but Acivtison has been shitting up Destiny 2 pretty badly. CoD's player-base is so big and seemingly largely clueless that they might get away with bullshit like the sports games do.

 
That's my thoughts with Battlefield as well, saw the Fortnight/PUBG model and said there is a better way to go about this. EA is supplemented though also by EA Access/Origins subscriptions and just yesterday they made a deal to pick up the whole entire cloud streaming division of GameFly. So probably a streaming service coming down the line. 

Activision is still a wild card, they love $30 for 4 maps so much I don't know they could drastically change their model. It's always been a ridiculous price though and I probably haven't grabbed a map pack since Black Ops 2. Will be interesting to see how it plays out this winter. 

 
Have no interest in Battlefield at all but damn that gameplay looks incredible. Also I don’t think I’ve ever played a rogue-like game so I’m not too certain what I’m in for, but the Mega Man factor alone in 20XX seems worth it to me. Hoping there’s a demo or something but I’ll probably just watch some gameplay then pick it up on sale.
 
FYI for those that backed Bloodstained the prequel mini game has been delayed to June 6 for XBox, and a extra week for 3DS.

Even worst theres no ETA on codes for platforms outside of steam. Hope this isn't mighty number 9 level of backer bullshit again.

Hahah I was just wondering if it was going to be released at midnight, that and the fact the Dark Souls "Remaster" has the exact same achievements/trophies it went from a very good week to a very meh one quickly.

Yeah I'm working on Divinity Original Sin and just bought BOY for PS4 with my 20% off code and credits so I'm not in a rush. But wanted to play the mini game as my "side" game. I'm curious to how long it is. I have a feeling the full game isn't going to be out till December still.
