I do a ton of gamesharing in my household since I have three kids that play. I have not found any exceptions to gamesharing except for consumable purchases. I think beta's have generally worked fine, but we haven't done too many of them.

 
where is guns, gore and cannoli 2 at? it was supposed come out a few days ago now it says the 12th but it says its currently unavailable....? also in the microsoft store i dont see a new games tab anymore..wonder why they took that out

 
Hopefully I get a chance to try out fallout 76. It's at a rather inconvenient time if I want to do anything with friends. Very interested in seeing how it plays. I haven't looked into it at all besides what my friend has told me and 2 short trailers.

Ive not played a ton of Horizon 4 yet but I also feel I prefer 3 over 4. Its not that 4 is bad by any means its just so hard to improve on such a great game. I like driving in Australia over the UK. It would have been more interesting to me if they had gone with the rumored location of Japan. The UK is little drab and too close to home feeling.

Discs will be no go unless they release a new console. Needs the dolby hardware built in. Same reason for the sony tvs that got dolby vision update that only applies to streaming

There's no reason why they can't add Dolby Vision capability to discs hardware wise. It's just another layer of data on top of HDR10.

Yep. It most definitely can happen. Hardware itself doesn’t just have some sort of DV chip. Might require a firmware update but it can happen. There are some that think it may not occur because of disc speed with the current X1 drive but don’t think that’s been proven.
 
The beer talk makes me wonder if there is a cheap ass beer forum cause I like those local IPAs but at $3 or $4 a piece and up it's not always easy on the wallet. 

 
As a guy with long hair, there is not a decent hairstyle that looks like my real hair in the new Avatar editor. Might end up making a girl instead. The only long hairs that don't look feminine are various dreadlocks.

 
Anyone know the status on Mark of the Ninja Remastered going on the $5 price point for 360 owners? I really want to play it (take a break from FH4) but dont want to pay $20 when it should be $5...

Also does anyone on here play Borderlands 2 still? I desperately need help lol

I thought it already did? It was free for me a couple of days ago so I installed it.

 
There's now a Mixer challenge on Bing Rewards...simply watch Mixer streams on 3 different days from 10/11-10/19.  I clicked the link to go to Mixer, loaded up a channel and immediately closed it.  That was enough to fulfull the challenge for day 1.

What's the effect of what they did today on Video Game soundtracks,music,and streams?

the Modernization Of Music Act seems like a great idea.

isn't that what Taylor Swift and a bunch of others wanted?

Just seems odd that all the people who passed this into law are attacked by all the people it'd benefit the most.

Maybe they can restore GTA's old soundtracks and bring back Alan Wake.

Well, my set is supposedly going to get a repair visit shortly. Darn thing turns on, but does not display a picture most of the time. My first TCL tv, and just glad I have a month left in the warranty. Not sure if I'm going to stick with this brand, but we will see what happens with the repair/replacement.

Welp, now I am pissed because I’m having the same issue. Nothing at all changed in my set up. Also doesn’t seem to have been the October update. It wasn’t updated until after I found this problem and tried to see if the update would fix it. Also tried rebooting my TCL. No luck.

Ughhh!!!!

Edit: had to switch the TCL to force using HDMI 2.0. Strange that I didn’t have to do that in the past. But at least it’s fixed.

Were the people who passed the law being attacked over this law, or for other things they've said / done? Or should this one thing give them a pass for other things they could otherwise be reasonably attacked for?

 
50hz on your tcl is yellow? That’s the only setting on my 6 series not checked off it never was as that setting is Europe only or something.

My settings are fine rn...I’m applying the update now will check back

Sadly, there is no room for people who don’t fully toe whatever party line they identify with.

I want low taxes and net neutrality. I don’t get invited to anyone’s party.

I think the season changes work well with the UK. There are other places that would have done well too especially since autumn doesn’t pop like it could in other locals. I think coming from Australia to anywhere would be tough to follow. I’m not found of the idea of Japan at all. It seems to cliche to do. So many games are set in Asia that it gets old.
4 is fun but I think they messed around too much with Forzathon and the avatars and not enough on other things.
 
Is Forza Horizon 4 available for digital purchase anywhere cheaper than CDKeys?  I'm seeing it at ~$52, and then a 5% off promo code from there to get it to $50.

That's not bad, I guess, but I've never really been into racing games...but this game has some nice buzz to it.  Hmmm...

I have been putting off GamePass for so long that I want to not use it yet; get that entry-level pricing later on.  Already have State of Decay, Sea of Thieves, etc.  I'm watching the CAG Trading Forums like a hawk but no one is even selling.

I haven’t played any sea of thieves dlc are they good? Is the game any different? I liked it when it came it it entertained me for a at least 30 hours solo boat got kind of stale after that I wanted different challenges and things to do.
 
Ok so I updated my Xbox one x, tcl settings are the same as everyone’s now yellow 50hz (which it’s always been yellow) and now the outdated Dolby atoms

HDR still working I tried nba 2k19 (which being a cag member I was able to find it at a liquidation store for $30) and the hdr worked

Yes to which part? Haven't found artists attacking government officials over this law. One of the royalty processing companies that stood to lose some business over it tried to tack some things on, and got some backlash over it, but maybe I haven't Googled enough to find artists against the law. I actually wouldn't mind higher taxes, provided the money was wisely spent.

 
i was looking at my achievements and at the top it showed my avatar as I was in first on my friends leaderboard, it switched over to new avatars (which I Never created) so it gave me this awful created avatar. seems old avatars and all the avatar awards are now truly dead

You can chose to keep using the old avatar stuff, but you have to opt-in from the new avatar creator app.

I'd like to think he changed it temporarily expecting it would get snooped by one of those cameras, but I remember that report about W. Australian government passwords trends for *season**year*.
