Debating World of Final Fantasy for $20. I've played every mainline entry in the series, so I guess I'm the target audience for a 30th anniversary fan service game. I also want these games to succeed on X1. Can anyone recommend?

I have it on the PS4 as well, AND the Vita. Good cross-play.

Originally had it for the PS4 and like another here I had a little slow time getting into it, but once I did, I had to get it on the Vita too so I could play at work and at home on the bigger screen.

I really got it it and I am really having to hold myself back from getting it again on the XBox1. Every time I see it, I have been wanting to get it.. NO NO! I have to resist! But.... I can't believe the upgrade is so much, even on sale!

It would be worth it to just get this Maxima version on the XBox1 and for only $5 more, I would even have it on another system.
NO! Trying to justify it does not make it right! But it would just be easier and it would support getting more JRPGs on the XBox1 and that is what I want most of all!! AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I hate it when we argue....

It’s not revolutionary. Only thing that is a fairly big deal is opening up the ability to buy and watch iTunes movies on all these other devices.

Apple’s been so closed with iTunes in the past that it’s good to see them finally open up. There are a lot of good deals on iTunes, especially for 4K. But a lot of people don’t want to spend $180 on an Apple TV 4K.

The TV app will make it easier to stop and start content from the various channels without having to change apps, which is nice but Amazon also does the same. I don’t like Amazon’s interface though.

Also will be good if HBO is the rumored $9.99 since it’s $15 everywhere else.

I just hope the Apple TV app comes to 2017 LG OLED models so i can ditch my Apple TV 4k box. I'm in deep with iTunes.

Google needs to step up and allow HD & 4k movie playback on non-Google hardware. This is ridiculous!

I'm getting worried that Kill la Kill: IF is going to be censored at this point since its the same publisher. Hopefully the Switch version is in tact like the new version of DOA X3, but that didn't get an NA release either.

I seriously considered getting it this week but I’m going to hold off until it drops to $15. I have enjoyed the whole Far Cry series except for Primal. I don’t care if it’s a new coat of paint over FC5, I will end up getting it at some point. There are some games I might pick up in the next few weeks that haven’t been on sale in a while.

Any quick opinions on the worth of the JC3 season pass. I completed the game long ago but with Game Pass I might be willing to buy the SP for $4 and get some more achievements and some new content.

If you enjoyed playing the game, $4 is well worth it to go back and do some more missions. The Jetpack Wingsuit alone I would say is worth it.

For anyone else who might be on the fence about picking up the original Just Cause game for 99 cents before it goes off sale, know that the PC version doesn't include native controller support.  I just scanned past it in my Steam library.  There's probably a mod or something that will add it, but it's certainly easier to just play a console game without having to go through all that.  And, there's plenty of mayhem and explosions to be had in that game for a buck.

I feel a bit dirty, I got a few of the poorly reviewed super cheap games (Tango & RnR Bundle). I guess we'll see how bad they are. Hoping for a nice discount on Enter the Gungeon next week.
 
I'm on the fence about waiting for Mummy to get cheap,er. Being licensed, I figure its going to be priced as high as possible for as long as possible. Or never going to be a Game with Gold...
 
Looks like they had to raise sale prices of the stuff they always put it on sale, so when they put it on sale again for the cheaper prices they already thrice put it out for, it will look like a deal.
 
I have ff7 to get started on anyways. Besides I still have 281 games i haven't played yet. So maybe a bad sell or two is a good thing for us.


I also don't play new games on gamer pass anymore untill it is showing as a quest. Keep losing out on free Bing rewards points because I knock them out as soon as they hit gamepass. Wait a week or two and play while it's on quest and get free points.
