I saw one post about Mantis Racing, but anyone else familiar with these?

Fortied looks like a cool sci fi Orcs Must Die, but seems more focused on the 3ps side than the interesting trap side and I worry it's a poor imitator. Thoughts?

Anyone play Tower of Guns on xbox, or when it was free for ps+? That one any good?

Where are you streaming the show? A few episodes got pushed out of my DVR and now I'm stuck recording new episodes and not being able to watch them.

First 3 seasons are on Amazon Prime video. I am not sure where I will find 4 yet.

Edit: Looks like Part 1 of Season 4 is also on Amazon Prime!!

BC:R2 has been cheaper ($3, 8/9 - 8/16) so it will probably go that low again (CAG logic). Also, I have no idea why I didn't buy it at that price...

You can, however, purchase DLC for :360: a game you own through the :xb1: console if that game has access to the Xbox Store.

Don't buy BCR 2. Buy the Capcom Digital Collection instead. Much better value, even if it's not digital.

10 second ninja X is brutal hard for me so far like Super Meat Boy but kind of a puzzler, it's got me hooked and it's the right price.

 
Well I just bought way more 360 games than I should have.

Getting all 6 of these for $30 seems like a good deal...until they start going as GWG.

Is the one DLC for Tropico 4 worth the $1.24?

"You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console. Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work."

All the Rock Band songs that are discounted - are those ONLY for the X1? Some of those are exclusive to Rock Band 4(U2 songs) and others are from the Rock Band 3 era(Blink 182). I fired up the 360, searched in game and then via the marketplace, but none of the discounts showed up.

I play Rock Band 3 on the 360, so I'd just like to know if I buy the RB3 era songs via Xbox.com, if they'll work on the 360. Something tells me these discounts only apply to songs that can be played on the X1(only X1/Rab4 logos on Major Nelson's post indicate just that)

Edit: Just searched on the X1 system and all the discounts are there. Dammit, wanted to get that Lynyrd Skynyrd pack. Oh well

It's hard to gauge what goes into determining a sale price, but it went BC in July of this year and that sale price was a few weeks later. Again, why didn't I buy it then?!?

I guess we're just some wild and crazy kids. Know I've passed on PSN because they have DRM that requires a server check but not sure if it's the same on XBL. Now to decide if I double dip on Final Fight and Killer is Dead j ust because they're BC even though my XB1 drive is now completely full.

Anyone at this late hour able to speak to The Long Dark? Specifically about how they've been about patching it? See it got the most recent patch at the same time as the Steam version and if they're going to keep them together then great. Don't want it to be one of those that's way off the PC version though.

IDK, I am just about done with the campaign on my PS4. Had a bit of trouble in an earlier mission and got stuck a bit on the final mission this morning (should get it tonight). Otherwise not too hard overall.

It is fun and all but $60 seems a bit steep. I haven't played any (I think only one has come out) of the DLC but can't see it adding much significant value to the base game. A decent mix of stealth and shooting though. I will probably get the plat and maybe come back to the DLC later when the next one comes out.

I traded another code for it (which was worth $40 to $45 IMO). I wouldn't have went $60 for it though I don't think. There is some online component to it but fairly minimal so can't see me coming back to it much past the DLCs.

Fortified is good, I didn't play much Orcs Must Die to be able to compare it but I played almost 30 hours and enjoyed my time. The only downside is it's quite hard and basically requires a good team on higher difficulties and unfortunately no one is playing. I was able to beat easy and normal with a combination of playing with randoms and by myself but never could beat hard or insane. It's a good game that would be best to play right off if you do pick it up in hopes that others would be getting it on sale. The last time it was on sale I fired it up and found some matches pretty easily.

Tower of Guns is good for easy gamerscore and not much else. It's better than Crypt of the Serpent King, I'll give it that. Not the worst game I played but I really doubt you will have many positive things to say about it after playing it. Plus it has been cheaper before.

It can be empty? I added a Visa gift card with a $11.xx on it the other day. I thought you had to have some minimal balance?

 
That was a great National Championship game, one for the ages. GG

I played Magic the Gathering: Puzzle Quest on my phone on the couch after the game since I pretty much had no gaming time left lol. Now that I have a few decks and Planeswalkers at Level 60 there's some epic games to be had - those teams were def level 60, QBs, RBs & WRs all playing the best of their game.

I bought a 5 TB HDD last year....it's half full already. At this point, I am looking at an additional 5 TB HDD every three years.

I wonder if playing Ghostbusters on XB1 without transferring my 360 save will enable me to unlock the Payday! achievement.  It's one of the bugged ones, but it's the last one I need.

 
Seeing Battlefield gives me hope that both MoH and MoH: Warfighter will be added to BC. Yes, I am serious. I really like those games.

 
Pretty good day for BC. It really looks like all of EA's stuff that is feasible will come to BC eventually thanks to EA Access. Hopefully Dead Space 2, and 3 I guess, before too long. Time to boot up the 360 and upload my Origins saves. Though before the GOTY version came out I ended up buying that Awakenings only disc, so I probably have to mess around with installing 2 different discs now whenever I actually try it.

I am surprised they were able to make Ghostbusters happen, good to see it though. Eventually I'll pick it up and play, like I've been saying for like 8 years since it came out.

 
There's probably a very slim chance that the Vietnam expansion would go on sale, but was it any good? It was the only DLC I didn't pick up for BC2

Also, I wonder if the first Bad Company will be backwards-compatible.
