I'm gonna grab Tropics 3 & 4 and hope they go backwards compatible. Seems like really good prices but I doubt I will play them if I have to fire up my 360.

This sale is ass but I bought twice as many games as part of the current sale - Catherine, Killer is Dead, Portal 2, Layers of Fear, Diablo 3, probably Castle Crashers Remastered - as in any other Xbox sale.

Also almost any Patriots fan would trade 3 Super Bowls for 1 World Series and that's why I want anyone but them to win.

Not being mean, but you ask this every week when the xbone stuff drops. You should know by now that the 360 stuff drops later for whatever ungodly reason they have. I, too, want to know though.

Guess I'll pull the trigger on Rocket League and maybe the FM6 Nascar Pack. I feel like the latter will hit $5 sometime soon and probably before I'd get to it if I got it now.

 
Store Parser didn't pick it up yet, but Tropico 5 is $5.99 on sale on 360.

I ended up grabbing Tropico 3 and 4 + the DLC for 4 that adds 250 GS.  And got Stick of Truth digital for $8 before that sale ends.

 
Yeah I didn't realize it wasn't "Tropico stuff" and actually included games Tropico 3 and 4 for dirt cheap.  I may bite on 4.  I'd actually play that.

 
I will probably at least pick up a couple of those track packs... I will wait until tomorrow to decide though, hopefully more pop up.

 
Did all those Gears codes expire already? A buddy gifted me the 4th but hasn't played the rest so we're contemplating a marathon of the campaigns, but I thought they recently expired.
 
Well...at least the stuff that's on sale is mostly at a pretty deep discount and it's mostly stuff that we don't see on sale all the time. Just trying to look at the bright side here, folks.

I can't speak for you, but as long as it's not a 2k sports game, I'll buy pretty much any game if it gets knocked down to $2-3.

 
Is there any point in getting Ryse Legendary Edition if I already have the vanilla version? It seems like all the achievements are obtainable without any further dlc, is this correct?

I believe the DLC adds 750 GS.

Yeah, but why would you want to play Tropico with a hamfisted control scheme? A game like that requires a lot of micromanagement, which would be difficult on a controller. Your potato PC can run the game with controls as originally intended.
 
Finished King's Quest and I enjoyed it. Puzzles are pretty good and the episodes are longer than a telltale episode, so it was worth the sale price. As a fan of the older games I also liked all the little easter eggs.

Any last minute opinions on Dear Esther?  Honestly my interest only stems from the easy 1000 but if the game is a complete waste then I won't spend the cash.

Anyway, it's interesting that there is a sale on Earthlock because they released a sizable patch for the game recently (today maybe?). It looks like they are still working on it, and for a game that was basically free for its first month of existence (for :xb1: anyway), that's pretty commendable. I'm trying to find out what they've added because they were fairly detailed about what was done with their previous patch.

Lego Avengers on the other hand .... is it worth getting at $20?

 
Decisions, decisions.  Thinking of a final splurge for the backlog before the countdown ends.  10 Second Ninja X, Diablo 3, Rocket League, Ryse, Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 and Borderlands Pre-Sequel (digital double dip).  Final Fantasy Type-0 and Witcher 3 complete can probably come down a bit more.
