Absolutely ecstatic about Dead Space 2 and 3 today. DS2 is possibly my favorite horror game ever, even better than the first, and my physical copy of DS3 that I've never played has been collecting dust because I haven't felt like firing up the 360. Double win.

 
TIL there are 16 Cabela games on 360. 17 if you count a SKU that had a light-gun pack-in.

Never played a hunting game. Not my style... but damn that is a lot of Cabela.

Dead space 2 was the first game I completed 100% achievement wise on my xbox account that got banned :(.

My absolute favorite game from last gen crazy I was just talking about it with a friend yesterday. I will always have horrors from the scene where you have to mess with your eyeball I don't want to get into it because of spoilers. Was way better then the first one imo.
 
I never played the original Prey. Was it really that good or was it simply "OK" and people are now, retroactively, saying it was the best thing since sliced bread just because they don't like the new game not being a sequel?

I'll finally force myself to finish Dead Space 3 now. I was mostly just waiting for BC. Might have to start a fresh save, it's been a while since I touched it.

I played one Cabela's game once early on in the 360 days. A friend that didn't play many games rented it. It was worth playing together for a laugh. There were a lot of bad animations and goofy moments. A bear jumpscare roaring in the character's face while climbing a cliff was the highlight for us. The gameplay itself was pretty bad. Barebones tracking and stiff shooting.

 
I'm happy to be able to do some Cabela games on my One while waiting for coop theHunter, so that's pretty cool, and I never finished DS3 with my coop friend so that will happen now too!

Speaking of Gamestop, I have $10 in Rewards points I need to use by Aprl 30 and I see there is a Buy 2, Get 1 Free deal on Xbox 360 games.   Time to dig into the backlog and see what I can find ... so I don't end up buying anything twice.

In the meantime, I picked up some Transformers games from XBL. Wallet is down to $2.00.

For the price I wouldn't complain too much about a generic case but generally speaking I hate having disc only copies. All games coming cases when they are first sold, how the hell do so many people get rid of them??

People collect them. Trade them in without cases and hold onto the case. I did that with Rise of Tomb Raider on PS4 since it came with a really nice case. Normally I trade the cases in though. Personally I don't care about physical stuff for game for the most part.

Some of them may be where GS gutted a case for display, then lost the case, which forced them to sell as used. Would not be surprised.

Ninjas is isometric stealth. Kind of reminds me of a 3D Mark of the Ninja, or maybe the earlier Metal Gear Solid games.

Motorhead looks like a Diablo clone, mixed Steam reviews.

shadow tactics is most similar to the older commando games. you have a couple specialists each with their own skills, but can only control 1 at a time. if you like stealth games (waiting for patrol patterns is a big part of the game, avoiding vision cones is too), this is for you. steam loves it, the only concern is how well controllers do in place of mouse and keyboard (steam users think controller support is pretty good)

The car pass was stated from the get go to cover 6 monthly car packs from October through March. The 6 packs were released, the new Porsche pack is the 7th. Could've been in a Car Pass 2 if they plan to continue releasing more packs, or perhaps there'll be a complete DLC bundle down the road like the one on sale last week for Horizon 2. I don't follow the Forza forums closely, so I don't know if the devs there stated the Porsche DLC was just going to be a pack, but the prior Porsche DLCs were called expansions and included achievements and other things (bucket lists in FH2, races in FM6). I was initially surprised that the FH3 Porsche DLC didn't have achievements and wasn't part of the expansion pass, but the Hot Wheels reveal cleared that up.

People need to come to the realization that a DLC "pass" does not necessarily cover everything, excluding microtransactions, that's going to be released. The industry can do a better job at naming, but the marketplace descriptions have been pretty clear.

While I was playing Saints Row 3 I was so sad I could not take screens or videos. So many awesome random moments I would have loved to record. Really excited about Dead Space 3 since I still need to play it.

So annoyed with my Xbox One right now. Went to GS and bought Dead Space 3 tonight, it won't read the discs. Tried the few other 360 games I have like Oblivion and Gears of war, won't read any 360 disc. Tried a few Blu-ray movies, all play fine, tried the only two One disc games I own (FO4 & Borderlands collection) and both work fine. My One apparently hates 360 discs. Also tried the whole raising the front of the One and inserting the game, doesn't help.

Try a reset. Mine initially wouldn't read my Dead Space 3, did a reset and it read disc 1 after I tried disc 2 with no luck.
