Do you have a Gold subscription (1 month or more) or a trial (shorter than 1 month)? Trials don't work for 360 GwG.

Hey guy question about external hard drives. What's the Largest Drive the Xbone will support? I've got a 2 TB external and it's getting a little tiresome having to manage what to keep installed.

Also reduced playtime from 10 hours 28 minutes to 6 hours 8 minutes. However, I doubt I'll ever go for the beat the game under 4 hours achievement because I know I'm going to try and collect all bobbleheads and coins, again.

Still not sold on it being a "proper" RE game as it borrowed too much from Outlast and many chessy horror movies set in a God forsaken small town in the south featuring a family of inbred cannibals (though the Bakers don't seem to be into inbreeding).

I'll play the game again once the "Not a Hero" free DLC drops to know if THAT guy is really who he claims to be.

Haven't playe RE7 yet, but to be fair, some of the series best moments and games borrow heavily from horror and action movies. RE2 was essentially Dawn of the Dead: The Game, complete with a rookie cop. The T-Virus turning people into zombies feels a lot like Night of the Living Dead (except less cheesy). Still, I'll reserve judgement til I can play it.

I'm pretty sure the X1 can support up to 16TB of external storage across two external drives, such as two 8TB externals. So the good news is you could buy a new one and leave the 2TB you have plugged in without transferring anything.

I have Outlast from GWG, would I be better off not playing it before RE7?

I don't think there should be an issue with drives being than 8TB, though there's far less external drives bigger than 8TB than 8TB or less, so there's not as many people using drives bigger than 8TB.

Also, most drives bigger than 8TB are aimed towards the enterprise market, they're higher priced than retail drives. You may have to roll your own for an external bigger than 8TB or find some of the harder-to-find pre-made externals.

Contemplating Castlevania Lord of Shadows 2 and Asura's Wrath, but I have the Asura's Wrath disc already and running out of hard drive space on the 360 and the external. Replay value worth it for either game?

I think NewEgg has a 4TB WD drive for $110 right now. Let me check my email and I'll post it in here.

I use the WD My Book (previous model) 4TB model on my X1S and it works great.

I've had a few glitches (frozen loading screen, crashing game, camera popped to the top of the screen and was locked there, in game store not working). If you haven't had a hard reset of your Xbox I'd try that, it should hopefully work. Most of my glitches were fixed with just closing the game but one or two needed a hard reset.

Please, inform me which AAA game has been 50% off 2 weeks after release. And the vast majority of big games are jot released in a broken state. Having to resort to such exaggerations to make your point just shows how flimsy your point is.
 
Dead Rising 4 is addicting as hell. So much to do that it gets overwhelming at times. Trials, blueprints, mysteries, collectibles...lawwwd. But there's so much fun in slaughtering zombies in myriad ways. I created a combo vehicle that combines a lawnmower with a kids bike, and it shoots out dual flames and fireballs. I couldn't help but cackle when I saw that shit.
 
For anyone who needs to spend $100 -$125 to reach next star status where you at in your spending for the month? Im at $26/$100 with purchases of Dead Island x1 collection and This war of mine.

Dead Rising 4. Gears of War 4 dropped real quick too. Take issue with a couple of weeks if you want, make it 2 months if it makes you feel better but whatever. Waste your money. I really don't care. Damn near every game has a day one patch or needs one to fix all the jank. Hell even after the patches a lot of games are still not optimal. Lie to yourself if you want. I don't care.

 
^ Dead Rising 4 Dec and Gears of War 4 was released Oct so yeah of course their prices would do that. Games that come out fall Q3, right because Q4 is Feb - March?, always have to be competitive with every publisher wanting your holiday money.

That said, the sit on a pile of games process of playing games is something I've adopted over the years. It just makes financial sense if you have the willpower to wait on a few key releases. That said Halo Wars 2 & Mass Effect: Andromeda both preordered for me. These games ARE me so yeah I can't wait on those. lol

Goddamn, I knew you were dumb from the BC is dead nonsense, but I had no idea it was this bad. I'm lying to myself if I don't agree with you on how myself or others should spend their money? I could just as easily tell you you're stupid if you buy games for more than $10, $20, or any other completely arbitrary amount.

There's a huge difference between 2 weeks and a few months. You knew that and that's why you chose to exaggerate to make your argument look better. I played like 60 hours of Gears 4 before it ever went on sale. I bought Overwatch day one for $48 and a $10 BB cert and have put a ton of hours in. Who are you to tell me or anyone else that they're not getting their money's worth? It's cute that you think that your personal opinion is equal to some sort of objective truth on the matter. You need more people in your life that tell you how full of shit you are. You would benefit from it.

Staying out of the bigger conversation, but FFXV was 50% off as a preorder a week before release. Obviously an outlier to the topic at hand, but it happened. It wasn't broken, though.

 
Back to the discussion at hand..... Any thoughts on the 3 Risen games? I've read plenty of commercial reviews, but I would rather have some feedback a fellow CAGer, whether they're worth 5-7.50 each. Is it possible to get some entertainment from them? 

Also, for Risen 3, might be a silly question given the terribleness of the game, but better to wait for the inevitable sale on the PS4 remaster?
