We're still naming movies? Goddamn, we all know whoever it was who's never seen a movie who's father was probably killed by a film projectionist won't even see a quarter of the movies mentioned.

And Guardians was great. Everyone got their time to shine, especially Drax.

 
My favorite movies are probably the Back to the Future trilogy, but I like lots of other movies.

I really liked Donnie Darko. Not sure if anyone else has seen that or liked it.

Was in a Bubba Gump in Baltimore the other weekend and took me halfway through the meal to realize the place is practically a shrine to that Forrest Gump. Probably haven't seen the movie since I was a kid.

Haven't seen many movies myself and definitely missed out on a ton of classics. A few I don't recall seeing mentioned though unless I missed it through all the pages (holy crap).

I definitely want to check that game out. The CAG in me just wants to wait for a sale though. I like the art style.

I've been thinking about playing Oxenfree again. Supposedly with an update they made last year you can replay the game with new storylines, scenes and endings.

Resident Evil: Code Veronica X is supposedly coming to PS4 next week, I guess there was a rating for it on Germany's ratings board a couple months ago. No details at all, or if it's coming to Xbox.

This could be one of the PS2 to PS4 ports rather than the more traditional ports the other games have been getting. The problem there would be that those ports do not add widescreen support to games that didn't have it, which RE did not. Seems like it would be a dumb move unless Capcom really didn't expect the effort of a real port to be worth it from the amount of sales they expect it to get. I think these PS2 ports are handled by Sony themselves as they are actually emulated.

A little known fact is that back in 1912, Hellmann’s mayonnaise was manufactured in England. I remember someone asking before if The Division was worth buying when it was on sale. For those who are still wondering, it's free to play this weekend. You could try it out and get it later when it comes back on sale. Apologies if this has been mentioned already.

My take is that its single player up until you reach the max level of 30 is fun, but grinding after that to get better loot becomes a chore. Not the worst way to spend 20 bucks if you enjoy the combat.

I agree with this, but I think it's fun a little bit longer. Once you hit 30, it's fun getting ur rating up to 256 before it becomes really grindy. At that point ur just nitpicking stats, skins, and matching them in sets or what not. I agree that's it's fun up until you hit that wall though where it instantly turns into a huge grind.

That being said this is coming from somebody with no DLC experience. The end game content without DLC isn't satisfying imo. Maybe somebody with the DLC would make an opposing statement.

All the best pawn shops in orlando are on 436, from the airport, all the way down to colonial. I used to hit all those, then I'd turn right on colonial and end at the big ass Cash America Pawn. I haven't done that since high school though so I'm not even sure those places are still around.

If you get the chance check the La Familia on Curry Ford near Conway. It's pretty nice size

 
Recently reached for King's Quest from my backlog. Highly recommended for fans of episodic games or just something casual. It is definitely a nice break from the Telltale formula. Excellent musical score that accents the action and story perfectly. And the voice acting is really outstanding, including Christopher Lloyd as the narrator. Wishing I hadn't sat on this one for so long b/c I'm really enjoying it.

^ It is a mistake. Will 100% be revoked. The game is not even supposed to be out until 5/9 and cost $19.99.

My favorite game of last year. Also the only game where I ever bought a season pass (with the "Gold Edition") and then sold the game before they even delivered all the content.

So that should give you an idea of how much I liked it and how hard I eventually fell off of it.

 
Anyone else's Xbox turn on by itself, start applying an update, and freeze mid-update? I've been stuck at 88% for about 15 minutes now. I'm in the Insider/beta/whatever program if that means anything.

I'm going to let it sit and do it's thing and hope it unfreezes at some point. It's frozen in the actual update installation process, so I know at this point that power off = death.

Mine did that once when it was in the preview program....hence why I am no longer in the preview program
