What exactly do the achievement percentages mean? Does anybody know for sure.

A few days ago I finished all of the ACIII: Tyranny of King Washington DLC. And there were a few unmissable/story achievements that had a 1.4% rarity. Does that mean:

A) Of ALL 360 gamers, only 1.4% got that cheevo.

B) Of all 360 Assassin's Creed III players, only 1.4% got that cheevo.

C) Of all ACIII+Season Pass owners, only 1.4% got that cheevo.

Insane how low that 1.4% is. Just shows you how little DLC sells, I suppose.

I'm thinking it's B. The Simpsons Game had an achievement for pressing start on the title screen.

I'm not sure how this one in Chime isn't at 100%, unless people played the XBLA trial, bought the game and then never played it again to trigger the achievement, but MS counts the trial time in the ratio.

I think DLC ratios use the entire game's player base, given the pretty low completion percentages for the opening race achievements in Forza Horizon 3's expansions.

I think it's B also, I know on games that showed up in my 100% completed spot and then DLC comes out. They are removed from that spot on Microsoft even though TrueAchievements counts DLC separate. I don't usually buy DLC unless it comes with the game or I really love the game. I'm part of the 99% that don't have that AC3 achievement in the DLC.

It'll be low but saying it's because nobody buys DLC is not the whole answer as remember you're playing AC3, not one of the beloved Assassin's Creed games.

Play some Fallout Shelter and you'll see some low numbers on those achievements lol.

Trying to add AC3 (have the disc) but I keep getting there's a glitch in the system lol. I'll wait I suppose.

 
Does anyone else have a large chunk of your download list on the x360 say "content unavailable".Granted I've bought a shit load of crap over the years on x360 marketplace but still want to be able to access any and all my crap.

also, do you guys think I should hold on to my mountain of Bing points or spend them on the Windows card deal that expires on the 2nd? Is there usually a big sale in the next three months thats worth cashing in for now? I'm thinking now that I can use my XBL credit to pay for Microsoft store products I might just save them until the Scorpio drops and use that extra money towards it.

I got in the habit of only.redeeming my Bing points for Amazon gift cards, because it gave me a bigger choice and better options. My best purchase was a KitchenAid mixer (took forever). But the Bing points --> Amazon credit let me pick up Xbox Live Gold memberships, Amazon Warehouse Deals, and Xbox credit
 
yeah I usually cash in my Bing points for XBL credit. Those Windows card deals only come around every 4-5 months it seems but there's nothing really I *must* have until Shadow Of War. Eh. Scorpio is more important, I need to save up just in case it ends up being like $600+.

 
Off topic: Does anyone have recommendations for good, fairly cheap earphones? My Puma ones broke recently and the iPhone earpods suck. It lets in too much outside noise and hurts my ears after a couple hours.

IMO, Halo Wars 2 has a better story, more coherent anyway, than Halo 5.

But remember the value of the points drop when the sale goes away. If you have enough for $10 now and don't cash out, then cash out in September, isn't there a chance u still only get $10 (or maybe $15) when u consider the price increase per $5 card? At least that's the way my brain is saying to consider it. Might not make sense to anyone else though.

yeah but if you cash them in they expire in 3 months anyway, long before the Scorpio arrives. So I'm thinking of just holding on to the credit and hoping that there's another deal for Windows/Xbox cards in a few more months.

yea I was real surprised with the quality, sounds great and love the cord. it's flat and won't start giving feedback from the wire getting bent like most headsets do over time. The magnetic ends are a nice touch too.

I'm downloading AC3 from purchasing it digitally and it appears to be a different download than if you start the download from disc. Vastly different sizes too (13GB vs 16GB). Not sure what's up with that.

EDIT - OK WTF. Since I can tell which is the install from a disc license and which is the install from the digital license (that one is still downloading, I uninstalled the disc-based install and then it shows up in my Ready to Install section. ??? So then I cancel the digital-based install and now I have to of them sitting in my RtI section. ???

EDIT - OK a quick soft restart fixed the issue.

Wrong thread but holy fuck Star Trek Bridge Crew is really really fucking good. It's like if you were playing FTL multi-player from inside the ship. I'm not really a Star Trek fan, but this is one of the coolest gaming experiences I've had in a long time
