  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

not even close. It's a third person action/RPG....alot of emphasis on action. The original Dragon Age: Origins is the one you really, really need to play. That shit is a classic. There's some fun to be had with DA 2, as long as you set your expectations accordingly.

 
Ooh Dragon Age 2 and Batman Blackgate on sale? Sweet. I was hoping it wouldn't be an all Halo day since I own all of the games/DLC (minus H4 pass) and am getting the MC Collection in the fall. I already own DA2. Now should I get Blackgate or hope for a larger sale down the line? WB discounts their Batman, Lego, LOTR and MK games repeatedly.

Thats a good price for it, I think. I got it at 30 and had a lot of fun with it (until the end when I tried to get all the achievements, which was just maddening), but its a lot of going through menus which may be a deterrent. Granted I also like animals a lot which may have played into the amount of fun I had.

I looked up some gameplay footage on Youtube. I had my finger on the trigger to buy it but then realized I'm completely Arkham'ed Out. I just cant do the whole detective/night vision thing for a while....at least until Arkham Knight comes out.

I just bought halo 4. Should've asked before but how is the community? Was gonna wait since the MC collection is coming out but I'm mostly excited about halo 2 since I didn't get xbl till h3 came out

I bought it for $10 way back when and I'm still playing, it's a blast. The combat reminds me of Fable and the story is fairly interesting.

What are people's thoughts on DA2? I have the first one but I haven't played it yet but I hear that a lot of the content is recycled in the game.

Community isn't bad. It's not like it was back in Halo 3 or even Reach but it's easy to hope into match. Just a warning, some of the playlists maybe blocked of you don't have the DLC

It's entertaining. Not as good as Reach or 3 though

 
My guess is that Major will be posting the days deals the morning of the day those games are on sale from here on out.  They did specifically say they were getting a jump on the first day of sales by posting them the night before.  =/  Guess we'll find out in the morning, b/c he certainly isn't going to be posting anything this late.

Well, it's already hit $5 on PC. There's a decent chance it'll hit that price on 360 as well, though it might take a little longer. It's not like it sold the greatest.

STAY AWAY from this game. I've never played something with such a stuttering frame rate before, I got 15 minutes into the game and had enough.

Unfortunately the recent Gothic games, of which Arcania is one, have not been particularly good and even more so on consoles.
