  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.
  • Some sales are intended for Gold subscribers only, as noted within each section.  This requires being a paid subscriber or within a console-activated "1 month complimentary Gold trial" account.  Neither 48 hour trials, 14 day trials nor free weekends qualify.

Nope it's over. Could've sworn the beta was going through the 28th. Guess Muun Wizards have a different calendar.

Ultra includes all characters in the Season 1 DLC and access to the original KI.

Well yeah, but basically what I mean is not released at retail. All of the PS+ PS4 and XBL GWG games on X1 have been indie/arcade so far. The closest thing to a retail game on the PS4 will be Drive Club in October. Though Sony still has a one up because they will be getting two new games a month, where as the X1 is only one game a month, the other stays in the rotation for two months.

He could have just said that the Ultra edition gives you all the characters and dress up doo dads plus the original game.

Really hope they either do S2 at a lower price or a deep discount for people that already bought S1.

I'm fine with the chart. Any idea if the MS stores have dropped the price at all on the pin edition if I can find one?
 
Did anyone get Marvel vs Capcom Origins? I think I have a glitched achievement, the one for 25 Taunts. I've done well over 25 taunts but it still hasnt popped. Anyone else experience this?

I usually do, but thought they might have spilled the beans early again when I overheard random players talking about it possibly being FarCry 3, Assassins Creed 'x', or Supreme Commander.

After looking around online I quickly saw where people were getting those names from and came here to see if they were listed.

I just deleted the 5+GB file. There was second file on the hard drive that said 'save data'. I wouldn't delete that. Previous games that had betas would sometimes look for that stuff. I'll be pleased to find out I'm wrong, and that Bungie has everything saved on their servers and it will all be safe, but just in case I'd hold onto that file I mentioned. I even copied it to my Cloud storage.

I think the difference was Guacamelee was not currently being sold, so MS/the publisher wasn't going to be losing sales by releasing the information early, probably gaining more good press than anything. If they ever decide to give us another "new" game (whether actually NEW, or just new to Xbox), it wouldn't surprise me if they give just as much advance notice. Not hearing yet (like we're typically used to), leads me to believe it will be a game currently in the catalog.

Game with Gold August 2014

For the month of August, Xbox Live Gold members can look forward to two new free games on both Xbox One and Xbox 360. Crimson Dragon and Strike Suit Zero will become free downloads on August 1st, replacing current Xbox One Games with Gold titles  Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition and Max: The Curse of Brotherhood. Now is a good time download those two if you haven’t already.

On Xbox 360, starting Friday, August 1st, Motocross Madness (normally US $9.99) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through August 15th.
Then on August 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Dishonored (normally US $19.99) for free through August 31st.

Fairly happy with Motocross Madness for 360 w/ GWG.  I'll actually play that.  I sure played enough of the demo/trial of it, I know...  Dishonored I'll take too but dunno' if/when I'll get to playing it.

 
Dishonored is a really good game, and was enjoyable when I played on pc, and Trials looks like its fun enough. Glad to see Strike Suit Zero for the X1 as I already have Crimson Dragon
 
Figures. Motocross Madness was on sale in February at 80% off and I snatched it up then. And Dishonored was on sale 3 weeks ago. Whatever. Free is free I guess

Both are fun games that people can now enjoy!!

Well, I own 3 of the 4, but I guess I'll try Motocross! I really enjoyed Strike Suit Zero a lot, Crimson Dragon was entertaining enough and Dishonored is also great!

 
Already own it, but Dishonored was cool from what I played of it. Felt like a cross between Bioshock and Assassin's Creed.

I was expecting a racing game like Forza to be free and we get Motocross instead.  I never played it (or heard of it) before so I'm looking forward to trying it.

 
I bought Motocross Madness when it was a buck a while back and got Dishonored as a gift last year. This will be the first month I own both offerings for the 360, so I'm not terribly torn up over it.
