Features

Doritos' Dash of Destruction is a fun and fast-paced racing game. Blast your way through cities as a hungry Tyrannosaurus Rex, as you chase a speeding Delivery Truck full of tasty Doritos. Or, try zooming in and out of the T-Rex's path of destruction as the speedy Delivery Truck in search of your Doritos drop-off points. For even more racing madness, Chaos mode lets you and three friends charge through cities eating Trucks or trying not to be eaten. In Zen mode, eat the Truck to become the Truck!



  • Great gameplay: Take control of a rampaging Tyrannosaurus Rex as he destroys cities in a quest for Doritos, or maneuver a ramped-up Doritos Truck at high speeds trying to make your deliveries and outsmart the T-Rex.

This is the game that won from the Dorito's contest from a few months back, allowing gamers to come up with their own idea for a game. Game will be free of charge to own.

Wow, that was easy. I got all 200 GS in under 30 minutes. It's actually fun for about 30 minutes, but not sure how often I'd play it again. Smashing stuff with the T-Rex is mindless entertainment.
 
It took me about 20 minutes to get 200/200. The only trouble I had was the Dinosaur levels because they're a little tough to control. But the game is ridiculous in a good way.
 
I played the dinosaur side before heading out to work. Good stuff for a freebie. This is going to sound strange but it could really use more doritos in it. I know its a big advertisement, but it feels like its lacking on the doritos!

LoL, I agree. I like the way Doritos Spawn from the car when you win stages in the car. But other than that... It was more of a Promo for it's creator, but y'know what, that's classy. And the Doritos trucks actually get trashed and destroyed!

The music made me feel like I was playing an old school Genesis game. Man, I'd love to see a new King of The Monsters like this, with a few modifications....
 
Seriously, it wouldn't have killed them to throw in some more cheesy triangles everywhere. This takes place in Doritos fantasy land, where it seems doritos are scarce enough to bring dinosaurs back to life. So much so they must resort to robotic modifications.
 
So I have all the achievements except for one, which is the multiplayer (got all the others within 20 mins) So I went to multiplayer I can't seem to get past the lobby how the hell am I supposed to get in there?

Local Multiplayer only, I believe it supports up to 4 total players. If you have a second controller, you could just turn on a second player, beat them, and get the achievement.
 
I liked what I played, its fun an addicting like Rampage was back in the day, fun for quick playthroughs. Great work NinjaBee! I would have gotten 200GS last night but couldn't find an online match.

EDIT: MP is local only? Well...that explains it.
 
I got all of them in 15 minutes... :shock:

Pretty good game, though. This should be the model for advertisement games.
 
It's not too bad. I also noticed there is a Ninja Bee premium theme offered. I can't believe it, but I'm actually considering getting it. I just wish I could see what the damn thing fully looks like.

There's a small preview on the marketplace, also someone had posted it on the NXE thread here a few days back.

I did the same thing. It's pretty vague that it's not online, if that's the case.

I guess the second controller's getting dusted off.

It's definitely offline. I just got the achievement by turning on a second controller and signing into a different profile.
 
I'm shocked, this game is actually pretty fun. Playing as the T-Rex seems kind of clunky, but the truck driving is pretty good.

I played it for about 20-30 minutes, if that, and already had 200 / 200.

Not bad at all, especially for free. Why couldn't Yaris be like this?

I got to say this game was/is surprisinly fun. I was a bit startled when the T-Rex came crashing through the building and ate my delivery truck two seconds after my first spawn. I guess that's what I get for skipping the text in the begining. All in all a fun little game.

I saw the pic someone posted of the winter theme in one thread but I haven't seen one of the Ninja Bee one.
 
Not a bad game at all, much better than Yaris.

Did anyone else sit in the multiplayer "lobby" and wait for someone to join? I felt like such a dumb ass when I realized that it was local multiplayer only. :lol:
 
It is what it is for a free game, and we can't complain since it was free plus it gave us gamerscore points. I honestly hated the other T-Rex, I would just hold A and lose all the time, lol.
