The Gunstringer isn't out yet, but I was just browsing the game marketplace and noticed some free Dlc for it called "The Wavy Tube Man Chronicles and it's 1.94 gb in file size.

Xbox Support's Twitter feed announced it as a free gold exclusive about an hour ago.
 
Todays deals are starting to show up. An unannounced gears sale is also part of this weeks offerings. I'm on my phone so I can't post the details very easily.
 
apparently the rockstar pass is actually the dotw and not part of the sale which kinda bums me out, but on the bright side got the gears of war 3 theme for only 120 MSP so that's great.
 
Is anyone else worried they are putting all the themes on sale because the new dash won't use them? After seeing the preview I don't see how they'd work with it bc it's a completely new design.

In other news FREE Red Dead DLC launched today and the All Fronts Pack for Gears 2 for 400 is an insane deal if you somehow managed to wait this long.

i doubt that. the old 50 MSP themes work for the current dash so I highly doubt it. Now for my Magic dlc which comes out tomorrow. :D
 
I was hoping that the pre-order DLC would be on sale considering that it was on sale during the last PSN Rockstar sale.

BTW, if anyone hasn't bought RDR yet, a GOTY edition was just announced for Oct 11, 2011, and includes every piece of RDR content including the PS3 exclusive stuff for Xbox 360.

I bought/played (then traded it when I was done with) RDR launch week but waited on the Undead stuff since it seemed inevitable that there would be a GotY. Although I'm glad it's finally official, it looks like I'll have to wait a bit longer with the MSRP at $50.
 
I can't wait for Radiant Silvergun. I've got the Saturn version but it's packed away now and frankly, it was sort of terrifying playing a game where the disc is worth 4 or 5 times what the console goes for. 1200 is high but the game is an absolute masterpiece. Ikaruga is good but I always liked RSG more.

Free RDR dlc today. Glad I checked today. RDR goty for $50. I'll wait. RDR goty will come with today's dlc too?

All fronts on sale too. A couple friends would like that deal.
 
Anybody got a clue when/if (presumably when) the formerly PS3 exclusive RDR DLC will be available on the marketplace? I STILL haven't got around to starting the game and will probably just wait for that to come around.

For the life of me, I can't manage to find that Xbox Gold Subscription thread?! Can anyone point it out for me, so I can bookmark it. Search shows up nothing for me. I'll keep on trying though. Thanks.

I am not sure that is coming to XBL marketplace. The press release for the GOTY RRD mentioned it would be in that but not sure if it will be anywhere else than PS3.
 
Im kinda worried. I went into today with 1010 MSP. I went and bought the gears theme for 120 so I had 890. Then I went and got the rockstar pass for 640 MSP so my leftover MSP should of been 250 but right now I have 510. Can anyone explain this to me. PS I didn't get an early jump on the rewards points that SHOULD be coming in the next couple of days.

I'm pretty sure that you received your points from the rewards program. I received mine from them this morning. You can check your MSP billing history on xbox.com.

reddjoey, I don't track xbox originals and non-game avatar items, I know the rockstar sale has Max Payne 1 and 2, but I'm not sure if any other avatar items are on sale.

I personally don't like avatar items, do you usually include them in the OP?

Yeah. The only thing I don't include is Zune content, but I will list it if the occasion call for it (like when it is the only thing on sale in certain promo). With this month's reward, I'm sure a few people are keeping an eye out for a special avatar item.

I'm going to check what adding avatar items to the database does. If it's not too bad I may start tracking them.

So any opinions on the Undead Collection? I really want to get Undead Nightmare but I don't know if the Liars and Legends DLC are worth it. Is it worth the 600 extra points for the collection?

reddjoey, It looks like the rest of the Red Dead DLC has shown up as discounted.

Yes. It's a game like Pinball FX 2 or Family Game Night. Base game is free but you need to buy DLC to actually play.
