Yep, The Great Delay of 2009 Will Be 2010

The first half of 2010 is like a whole other holiday season for me. So many games I'm interested in next year:

Dark Void
Red Dead Redemption
Darksiders
Bayonetta
Bioshock 2
Mass Effect 2

These are just off the top of my head. I'm sure there are a couple more.

I have enough to play this holiday season as it is, so I can't imagine what it'd be like with the delayed games adding to the crowd. I'm fine with delays when they can help give a developer more time to refine or fix things, but not when it's just delaying the inevitable for a bad/mediocre.

I don't remember Darksiders having a release date other than January 1, 2010 and being pushed back four days isn't really a big delay. I'm guessing GT4 is supposed to be GT5, but that never had a 2009 release date, just a lot of assumptions and rumors that it would be out this year.

Uhh they released a promo trailer that had the release date as something like Feb. 23, 2010. I haven't seen anything about a further delay on any of the gaming blogs.
