MASSIVE ripoff. They've actually dropped the price to $800, but even that is extremely ridiculous. Most of the games are garbage/sport's games. So they have a couple of copies each of FF7, Castlevania SotN, some of the other FF's, Silent Hill, and some other notables. $480 for all of the PS1 games?

And the PS2/XBox are even worse.

LOL That deal I posted above, the big lot of games jumbled together in a wall o text wouldn't be too bad, if the Final Fantasy VII's were complete/mint. But, that collection sounds alot like someone snagged the majority of GOOD games from a local GS dump store and they're simply trying to get rid of them for the most profit they can make.

Some good deals down on Philly's CL, but horrid if you don't live there(like me).
 
I decided to check out the Philly CL again, just to be certain that some who post on there are fuckin insane and don't know their ass from a hole in the ground. I found this lovely Genesis and Sega CD combo for $75. The only redeeming quality of it is it supposedly comes with Phantasy Star III and IV, but I only see the case for III in the picture.

There are some good deals in Philly...got a CIB PSX, 2 controllers, 2 memory cards + Mortal Kombat Trilogy for $5; FFX original + Monopoly Party for $9; and recently GTA: San Andreas original + Risk for $10 (Risk sells for about $10-$15 on eBay); and a Gameboy Adv Player for GC for $10.

I know, but damn, I just had to post it. One thing that gets me, is when people post the prices they want for 2 items at the top of the post, next to the title. It ends up looking like this $150200, but should actually read $150&$200.

Best though.....are the people who say 'will take any offer', I've jokingly sent a few responses to people like that with a bunch of LOL's scattered throughout saying 'you pay me $20 and I'll take it off your hands' or some other smartass response.

Most times, I don't even get an angry response, but a few times people were like 'good joke now make a real offer' and LOL'd right back at me. I just do it to break the ice, though it comes off as me being ignorant to some, I guess.

However, I still feel that any moron who is stupid enough to sell those games to that poster(who is a pretty obvious reseller by their game choices)kinda deserves to be ripped off. But, on that same token, the poster of that ad, if they are a reseller, deserves to drop over where they stand. Games are meant to be PLAYED.

Of course, I have MY harder to find games sitting collecting dust once I play them, since I won't sell them to people or stores for obvious reasons.

Either A) they sold it already, B) they don't check their mail every day, C) they have all mail not from a specific list of senders marked to go to their SPAM folder or D) they're just ignorant.

I'm leaning towards one of those first three though, since I know I'm sometimes slow to respond to a response to my CL posts.

Just be patient....and whatever you do, DO NOT VOLUNTEER TO SEND ANY MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION OR ANYTHING TO NIGERIA, SINCE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A SINGLE THING IN RETURN!!!!

That's the first time I've seen someone miscount Carnival. It's always been 5 games and 9 games (Wii Sports and Wii Play). Nice to see a different way to try and decieve people every now and then. Just be glad that they didn't try and count Mario Party 8's mini-games as full games.:roll:
