The thing that's gonna burn the seller is the condition in the item specifics. One line in particular stands out:

Unless he's throwing in the original manual, he's not fulfilling his auction in full, no matter how he worded it.

Earthbound never came with a manual, it had the strategy guide packed right in the big box.

also I posted this because it reminded me of a thing on tv, It was about a guy who did something similar with a car motor (back when eBay was much newer) had a buyer come after him demanding his money back..

Wish Ebay would crack down on people who do that. If you are listing photo only you have to put it under photos. Pretty sure that would put a stop to that quick.

My friend did that shit with his Heroclix figures back in the day. He would sell damaged/broken high-end figures and put that shit in a light color at the end. Eventually he got brave enough to sell broken consoles and phones.

I think he eventually got banned, because people don't like to get screwed over.

I know eBay and Paypal have the buyer protection from dudes like this, but this shit shouldn't even be allowed. It is just intentionally trying to screw someone.

Bought it from himself, only ends up losing out on $2-3 from fees after paying himself and sets up a case for the future that "hey that guy figured out the auction was only for a picture" after a buyer complain about being tricked.
All just a theory, no way to prove anything from me.

^ HA I wouldnt even pay $60 for a PS2! PS1s are doorstops these days, people dont understand that any PS2 or 3 will play those discs. Theres been a PS1 sitting at my local Goodwill marked $12. Which I find funny because they use to have a stack of them that didnt sell for $8 apiece. IDK why the raised the price!

has all the wireing ...power, hd cord , wire charger for remote.. allso throwing in assassing's creed the original going for $10 used, baja edge of control going for $10 used, Driver san franciso going for $25 used ,call of duty 4 is going for $5 used no promises that it works sometimes it does and some times it don't.. 1 remote not brand new but works going for $20 used ...called sony they said it has power shortage it will take $75 to fix, but its going for $210 used and took out the price that needs to be fixed $135. 160 GB. cash or trade...
