Not that I believe gamedude offered you "nearly" $75 for that pile of mostly shit games (nearly is the key word...I guess $40 could be "nearly" $75), but enough already! There's some chinese dude on there selling some for $300-350 saying that Wii's are out of stock again like they were in 2006 and they are worth more now. He seems to be telling the truth from what I've seen, as many of the big name stores up here have somehow been sold out of them for at least, a month, or 2. I'm sure you can still find one if you do some hunting however. I don't know about the rest of the country though.

Saw a listing for Turtle Beach X3 headphones for $30 the other day, seller posted photos and everything and communicated by phone so it all seemed legit. Go figure, he doesn't show. Called his phone, no answer. Sent him an email, no reply. Maybe a prank, but I'm guessing he probably just got a better deal... regardless is it really so hard just to say so? I know some people throw temper tantrums when you tell them you're taking a better offer but is not telling people at all going to elicit a better response? I have officially given up with craigslist, for the 5 or so deals I've had this past year, I've had 6 people not show up... when the chances of a no-show are over 50% then it's really not worth the time.

You gotta feel people out en mass man. I got some good deals last weekend; the first guy wanted to get rid of his stuff the same day he popped up. Got him to come to me, got his phone number and verified where he was at before I even walked out the door. The second one was a girl, I got her address and a time to come over on Saturday so I pretty much transposed the game into yardsale rules. I even emailed again before going to make sure that she didn't sell off the stuff I wanted to look at.

That's what I thought about the 360 HDD. One thing is that I don't remember it having it's own box in the bundle and the stickers on the hard drive look questionable.

As for the Wii controller, it's in another language(it is japanese?) that had me wondering about that. That's the first time on CL in my area that I've seen stuff like this(although there are a ton of bootleg DVD ads).

It's hit or miss. That crap happens to me alot. I haven't bought or sold much on there in a while. It's just not worth the aggravation.

It's just your basic flip. The Japanese versions work with the American versions. If you time it right, you can get the set on ebay for about $20-25.
