If you think you can charge someone with slander and harrasment you are unfortunatly quite mistaken lad. What you would do is file a Civil suit in small claims court. File the $100 fee and hire representation with a retainer of about $5,000 plus a rate of $300/hr minimum. You would claim slander and harrasement practices against the defendant. Upon which you would have to so income reports and tax returns from you business and so hardcore evidence that the statements made by the defendant caused harm to your business. Well, do you really want the federal governent lookwing at a made up income report? Say supplemental income you did not file on your tax return? And you want to invest over $10,000 into a suit concerning a service of $40?
