YMMV ToysRUS "Green" Clearance is up to 70% off!

I picked up Sin and Punishment for the Wii ($5) and Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition ($12).
The had a variety of other games, I picked these up in Leominster MA.

The worker said the prices will steadily decrease, but he is not sure when the next drop will be.

They had an assortment of other games on ALL consoles.
Some hidden gems.

Just look for the games with a Lime Green tag on them. They all say "Was $##.##" but don't give the real price until you check them either at a register or kiosk.

Has anyone seen Vita carrying cases on clearance? (separate from the "starter kit" thing)

I got a nice manager to adjust my 2 XBL starter kits the other day even though it was past 7 days.  Getting $15.60 back was nice.

My local one is empty, but the girl told me the ones that have it are in the boonies, she said riverside and Ontario (I'm not sure how this is the boonies to someone, I thought Ontario was supposed to be nice?) have a lot. This was Monday though so don't know about now.
I visited "boonie" Ontario today and they were out of W101 and all the 3DSs listed except Naruto Powerful Shippuden.

I've watched a friend play it, and even with a screen protector, I would never play that game on my console. You're just asking to ruin the screen.
Nah, I baby my Zelda XL, have had it in a Skinomi tech skin with Hori screen protectors since Day One. The touch screen is very responsive to light touches and you can't scratch it unless you've chewed your stylus down to a jagged tip and/or apply heinous amounts of pressure with your stylus hand.

Really, git gudd. It's an 11/10 game and like I said before, any 3DS owner who doesn't have it is missing out.

I wish I hadn't passed up kid Icarus when I saw it during the beginning of this sale (saw it, was in a rush to get somewhere & had left my wallet at home). Forgot to come back. What a fool I was XD Still looking for it

On Friday my local Toys R Us had two copies left. I have been looking for a copy of Wonderful 101 and that blue Claptrap figure. I finally got around to buying a Wii U and have been looking for new games for it but my Toys R Us has always been pretty barren when it comes to Wii U games...

I'll also would like to add Bell Gardens, Cerritos, and Huntington Beach.
Add montebello and glendale to that
Thanks for the heads-up on Montebello, I was going to stop by there in the morning since I'd be working in the area.

I picked up Steel Diver for $3.99 at the Industry store this evening, it appeared to be the last copy. It was located in one of the free standing displays in the aisleway along with Crosswords Plus. This store and West Covina seem to be the best stocked, aside from the most popular 3DS titles, and W101 of course.

If either of you see any copies of Okamiden, please let me know. Thanks!

Mine had quite a few Wii U clearance games on Tuesday as most stuff there isn't marked. I believe I saw quite a few Wonderful 101s. As for figures, it was pretty barren on that front (except for Funko Batman bundles). I'll be in the area tommorrow so I'll check it out.

That would be great if they have some. My local Toys R Us still has the Tomb Raider statue (The one with the bow and arrow), Skyrim Legendary PS3, Kid Icarus 3DS, Jak & Daxter PS3 & Vita, and a few other note worthy ones I cannot recall at the moment.

I want to thank whoever mentioned using Shopkick to get a Toys R Us gift card earlier. I totally forgot TRU is an option on there (I usually just cash out $5 Best Buy gift cards soon as I'm able. I had enough for $5 already and realized with Target's scans I'd hit $10 so did those then went to TRU. Found Puss In Boots (360) for $8 and Adventures of TinTin (PS3) for $4. Paid $2 cash then went to Best Buy and traded them in for $9 each so $19.80 total with GCU. Basically turned what would have been my $10 Best Buy gift card into a $20 so I'm happy. Wish there had been more copies of TinTin though, I can't believe that gets $9 at Best Buy still (for PS3).
Holy cow $9 for tintin? Gonna have to check that out.

I had the game. I hated it. Had nothing to do with "gitting gud", it was just awkward to play and didn't do it for me, I guess it's just not for everyone.
Same here. I tried my hardest to keep playing after beating a few of the levels, but it just felt so uncomfortable to play (being left-handed really didn't help, and no, I didn't want to get the 2nd analog stick add-on) that I eventually traded it in, and I haven't looked back.

Wellington, thanks.

Wanted to chime in on those Disney Infinity display boxes.  Bought some for my son yesterday.  They are a bit large.  I really thought that they were only slightly bigger than the figures themselves but they are significantly larger than that.

Having seen them in person, I don't know that I would have purchased them (even on clearance) if I had known how large they were.

Probably didn't even make it through story mode.
It's only awkward to play if you make it awkward to play. It's perfectly playable without, but they even throw in a stand for free so it's easier for the handicapped.

Went back in to see if there was anything I missed previously, ran across the last copy of The Wonderful 101.  Did see a few copies of TinTin, but I'm not going to bother with trade-ins.

Someone finally tagged some things right, all wonderful 101s & star fox 64 (there were at least 30 of 'em there earlier in the week..) were gone as well as most of the games. El hoardo has struck me blind lol.
Soooo many COD Ghosts for the wii u tho

If anyone wants to take their life in their hands, the Deerborn, MI store shows 3 XBL Kits available: 2 on the floor, one in the backroom.

EDIT: forgot to mention the item

That area's not that bad, it's right near the Henry Ford museum. Definitely far worse areas of Dearborn.

If it wasn't quite a trip for me or I had a reason to go over there I would consider it.

Ah ok, never been there. The only time I've been in Michigan was to go to the race at MIS last fall.

That was just one of the locations that showed up when a store searched for it today for me.

I wouldnt doubt those are returns with the 12 month card taken out.. I have been on top this sale for a while and out of no where a xbox bundle showed on the floor at the ann arbor lication. I excitedly bought it for 30 and when i got home, 12 month card was not in the package

I honestly had no idea a decent blowout was going on at TRU until I finally stopped in on a whim two or three days ago. Yeah... I just assume that most TRU sales/clearances suck by default.

Got Jak & Daxter Collection (PS3) and Remember Me (360) for 8 each. Anything else there, I can handle waiting to see if they drop again.

I can tell you first hand that the following TRUs do not have what you're looking for: Alhambra, Monrovia, West Covina, Chino Hills and Upland.

Hope it helps.
I'll also would like to add Bell Gardens, Cerritos, and Huntington Beach.
I'll throw Culver City, Lawndale, La Cienega, Glendale/Atwater Village, Burbank, and Alhambra (again) on the list as having nothing much worth getting at this point. Haven't checked out the west Valley/Topanga/Canoga Park store, but it is usually meh.

I have a copy of The Wonderful 101 that I'd like to trade, preferably for Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask.

PM me if interested.

If I can't make a trade I'll consider selling it.

Thanks!

Bought a :360: Naruto Shippuden Storm 3 Full Burst yesterday for $12(green). YMMV tho because it didn't ring up as 60% off and the employee had to call a manager to adjust the price.

Well, BBY has it for $16/$12(GCU) right now. It just feels better to get 60% off

Add Tustin/Irvine and Mission Viejo to that list. Nothing worthwhile left at those stores.

Curious if this sale is only happening in Michigan? Or if it's across the US.. Seems too good to be true out here in CA

EDIT: Called a TRU myself and found out it's 40-70% off in my area.

1) Found Skyrim and a couple other things (L4D2, Mortal Kombat: Komplete) at a TRU that has 60% clearance the other day.

2) That same TRU also had a preowned games section that I've never seen before. Is that new? National?
