I thought there were only two variants of Prime? The standard release and the Prime w/ Echoes demo?:whistle2:k If there's others, I need to find them!
There are 2 Kmart's variants. One advertising a guide on the front and a wavebird on the other. There is a also a Target Variant. Also Vinny, you have an amazing collections! Like the above poster, I love your handheld collection!

Bah... now I have to buy them! Also, where did you get that Ridley figure going against Figma Samus? I've seen a few random Ridley's around but never found out where they originated from.

Oh, and thanks! Our handheld collections are actually pretty similar.:D

Man... going for so many trophies seems like a crazy idea to me. It's hard to spend so much time on a game these days. Getting trophies can be fun if you really like a game. I did it with BioShock Infinite a few weeks back.
This is where I'm at. So many games, so little time, I'm only focusing on platinuming ones I love or that will only take me a couple extra hours. Last platinum was Sound Shapes, which was a blast and great motivation to beat the death mode levels, and next will be Bioshock (hopefully, so far it's not to hard).

Trophies to me are kinda a public display of my affection for a game. If I don't care for it, why do I need to waste time 100%ing it? I guess this is kinda off topic, sorry. Someone should really start a CAG trophy hunters thread (I would, but I feel others would maintain it better);)
I think you should focus on GBC games instead, lots of titles missing;)
All the same to me, but I really do need to compile a list.

Decided to churn out a few more covers tonight. Up to 9 now and heres a look at them all so you can get an idea the look I'm going for. Quite happy with the results, although you'd think by now I'd have resized the Genesis spine logo on my template, can't seem to remember to do that thus the spastic size of it across all my spines. Unfortunately I still have a long way to go..... Anyways heres a few of them from all sides. Cell phone camera doesn't do them justice but I don't feel like pulling out the camera.

Those are some beautiful covers. The only thing that bothers me is that the Sega Genesis logos on the spines are different sizes

Yeah that's my fault. I keep forgetting to set a set size in my template and they kinda of get all over the place. Probably will reprint these down the road on better paper and I will fix them then.

Awesome room!!

Dude, you seriously gotta hop over to TCP and start posting. These are great! I think a lot of folks would dig em!

Before you make too many, make sure that you get that template 120% up to snuff. I've made over 200 SNES covers now and I really wish I had spent a little more time on my template. There are a few little things here and there that really bug me about it now, but there's no way in hell that I'm gonna go back and change and reprint them.

I made absolute sure to get my newer templates like Genesis and NES to the point where I know I won't want to dick around with them later before going ahead and making covers, and I'm really happy that I did.

Also, you using a vector Genesis logo? If not, I've got one if you want it ;)

edit: To be clear, I'm not saying that I think your template needs any work, just that you might wanna make sure that you're absolutely satisfied with it or you might just kick yourself a bit later on when you're 50+ covers deep.

I've been meaning to get over there. I did try registering once but the admins never approved my account. I think I've got my template where I want it now. The initial template came from one of the guys over on TCP, I just have been modifying it slightly to my likings. Resized and saved it with the Genesis logo where I wanted it. I'm gonna have to get creative when it comes time to do a few 32x games. I'm thinking of keeping the same grid line design but don't know how yellow will look.

What's your snreen name? I'll talk to the guy that approves folks. They get a lot of spambots, so they sometimes look over legit folks by accident. Took me a couple of tries as well.

That's part of why I went with the barber pole thing. Makes it easy to change colors (red genesis, yellow 32x, blue CD, dark gray mega drive).

I'm gonna try and reregister as dodgeme over there. I will agree it would've helped when it came to the 32x but I just love the look of the large picture with the small gridline on the bottom. Something about it always appealed to me.

Man so many days since a post in here *gasp*. I've changed my stuff up a bit. Ran out of room on the shelving that I had so I dug an old bookshelve out that happened to use the same shelves as my smaller one so I replaced it for a bit more space.

Heres an overall look at the shelve.

And some closeups. I am up to 12 Genesis games with custom cases now.

Heres a look at the last 3 covers made since my last post. I was going to go the easy route on Phantasy Star IV and just cut the logo out but it wasn't looking good so I figured I'd dust off my Illustrator skills and see what I could make in there. I was acutally quite happy with the result. Don't know yet if I will vectorize my logos all the time but for certain ones it really is worth it.

Whoops forgot to post the last part of my update. A few more NES/SNES games since my last pictures. Also a few Jaguar and PSX games sneaking in there.

I wasn't in CA back then (and barely in the country), so I don't remember it. I do know about it nowadays. Was in a 6.8 quake when I was young, which I do remember.

Eek!

If there's ONE good thing about the weather/conditions in Cleveland, it's the distinct lack of natural disasters. No hurricanes, earthquakes, floods (at least right next to the lake), nary a tornado, etc. Just hot, muggy summers and cold, shitty winters.

I'll take earthquakes over other natural disasters any day. I remember the Landers earthquake was a big one and I slept through it. This summer is going to be a hot one Skiizim hope we dont get hit with the big one. Any natural disaster sucks just I would hate to deal with what the East coast gets in storms/disasters.

Ah, Cleveland. I spent a day there once (during winter, no less). It was...Cleveland.

Do you have more figures elsewhere cuz for some reason, I had you as a figure collector too and was expecting a ton more :)

you need to get that XIII-2 PS3 :)

I am beginning to collect figures. I do have quite a few in storage (most are Play-Arts Kai and ME3 figures as well as my Sephiroth Static Arts) as I don't have much room to display anything . I have started to cut away from my game budget more to try and save more money to buy a few more expensive figures. Next on my list is to get the Momohime that I've now missed out on twice and to get a figure of Rise from P4. Figure collecting is an expensive hobby that is for sure. I just never delve from my budget that I have set every month on entertainment and whatever else I feel like buying. ;)

I will get that XIII-2 PS3 sometime. I have to :D

hehe. ya figures collecting kills me :) just hope you never go off the deep end like me and get into dollfie :)

one of these day I will take pic of my stuff. pain in the ass tho.

Momohime figure is awesome, still piss me off that I knocked it off the table and broke her ankle but oh well, she recovered.

@ZxT Vendetta: You have a very nice collection. I can see how you're running out room. Congrats on having the Bayonetta guide especially sealed. That's the one guide I need for my Future Press collection. I just can't see myself paying what people want for it.

I need to remember, the next time I start feeling like I have too much crap I should just come here. I'll feel better in no time. ;)

You show me how on my phone .:) it has a mind of it's own as to where it wants the cursor. When I try to add another link it just doesn't want to work. Laptop is dead, cag via mobile only is what I'm stuck with

Well, looking at ZxT's collection got me all excited so took a pic of my Final Fantasy XIII/XIII-2 collection. Missing are 2 sets of trading figures and I am sure a Vanille PAK figure but not sure where they are... maybe something else too, I don't know. I keep horrible tracks of stuff...

Not exactly a "shrine" but usually they are stuffed on the shelf or in boxes...

final_fantasy_XIII-1.jpg~original

Variouso versions of the game/soundtrack and misc stuff... was going for a copy of the guide for each copy of the game then I realized how stupid that is and how much space they take...
Controller package has a copy of the game inside also. dunno where the case is for that disc out in the open. FF XIII ps3 is my play console now since my white fatty ylod (fixed, but just use it as doorstop for now). XIII-2 ps3 is still in box.

All that white does look nice!

Picked up a galaxy S3 last week, don't quite know all the tricks of it yet. I'll check out tapatalk since I prefer the simplicity of the mobile site on my phones (no signature cards/photos/links/etc). Sorry again for the multiple posts
