I'd include Pinball Arcade, but with such an insane delay in the DLC I have to leave it off the list unfortunately. Hopefully that will straighten itself out soon, though.

And there's plenty of others I've liked as well, and some I have but have not really played yet. IMHO, it's XBLA (and to a lesser extent, XBLIG) where the Xbox really shines. My favorite games are all downloads.
