It seems in a lot of threads I have seen people get upset at other folks for posting because they think they are trying to increase their post count. Now I can understand if it is something meaningless posted or not on subject, but a lot of people get bitched at even when they are on subject except maybe their post is short. Anyways to get to the point who the hell cares? I mean as far as I can tell you don't recieve much for increasing your posts. The one thing being that custom message you can do at 1000 posts. But this isn't like Gamefaqs(horrible fan boy central boards) where increased posts or time on the board gives you more privelieges or power. Unless Cheapy has been handing out Pot Roasts to folks at 800 posts I have no clue as to why people get so wound up about other people's post counts. Anybody have any thoughts on this?

To which they all answer, "OK!"
Somehow the the post-whoring reminds me of that.

The cartoon is a direct spin-off. John Astin, much like the later cartoon version, saw them as his army of world domination. The movie is very worth checking out. It has a great Blazing Saddles/Airplane sort of chaoticness. The movie is frequently, as noted above, interrupted by the difficulties of film production.
