For the first part of the year, definitely amazon.

But then in the fall, they got rid of customer price protection and things just went downhill from there. Still better than most places, though.
 
Amazon for getting some of my orders canceled (on my request) so I take advantage of a lower price posted days later.

Purchased "Lady GaGa:The Fame" album from them, and when it did not arrive, the sent me a second one, just to receive both the next week. They were generous and let me keep both. Great Customer Service.
 
Amazon. Never had a problem with them, and their customer service always responded within about 4 hours after I contacted them.

Buy.com could learn a lot from them...like actually responding to emails sent from their own site.
