Toys R Us, they gave me the most free/cheap games and their CS is great too.

Gamestop was good for niche stuff.

kmarts the only B&M shop ive bought anything at other than when best buy sent a random $20 certificate for xmas. kmart easily won

Even though I didn't buy anything there, K-Mart seemed to have some nice deals this past year including some credit/GC offers that were comparable to Amazon on new games.
