[Dead] Brink (PS3) $12.98 Online w/ In-Store Pick-up at Toys R Us

Wow I dont even have anything to say anymore about this game...played it for 30 minutes than said, parkour the hell outta my life

I'll wait for it to hit $10 with free shipping...that is if the PS3 community is alive enough for it to be worth even that?
 
I thought it was an interesting game when it was free for a weekend on Steam. It's not for everyone, sure, but it is a decent game if you have some people to play it with. The single player (bots) is fun, but it's not the same as playing with friends. The price of the game is relative in this situation. My price point was
 
Well maybe the cheap price it will bring more people to the game and make the game that much more enjoyable! Picked one up for in store pick up.
 
I personally loved the game despite all its shortcomings. The most noticeable being the lack of content. After you beat the game you'll basically be done with it since the online is pretty much dead, which is a shame because its a lot more fun playing with others.

The game definitely could have been (and should have been) much better, but it was worth playing IMO.

Probably one of the easiest platinums out there though (if you're interested in that sort of thing).

I'm wondering the same thing. I know my store has copies but they don't participate in the "in-store pickup" option. That and I don't want to support TRU rediculous shipping and handling fees.

If it is not the same in store, since the website does not mention that this price is an online only sale, you could get the store to match the website price.
 
I got lucky...I just tried to check to see if my store had any more copies for pick up, and they don't. Glad I didn't have to pay tax AND shipping because that would have killed the deal for me. Sweet!
 
I think ill wait to see if blockbuster will have it in there buy one get one deal. if not then ill order it tomorrow.
 
it's actually a great game once you figure it out. it's not your average FPS, and if you wanna lone wolf kill all day, better to stick with COD, etc.
 
Bit on it just to form my own opinion on how much of a homicidal pedophile this game is. $15 AMZ trade in is nice consolation :lol:
 
I wanted to rent it, because I hear the updates fixed lots or what was really bad at launch. So with the Amazon trade value, it basically is a free rental and I will give it a go. If it is good look for Pauler in the PS3 Matches and say hello to my little friend.

my order just got cancelled. I got this message in an email.
