Downloaded Bit.Trip Beat last night - so far I'm enjoying it! I almost bought it last weekend when it was $1.99, but glad I waited. Debating whether or not I want to pick up the DLC while it's still $0.99 - any thoughts on whether it's worth it?

You should be able to download via in-app purchase over 3G. I have no wifi at work and was able to download it just fine.
