So finally looking to take the Xbox One plunge (The Witcher finally forced me to).
Normally I can go anywhere and get the system and 2 digital games (Halo or AC) for $350
But this deal makes you pay an extra $30 up front to get $100 later. So its a NET $70, which I can use to buy The Witcher...
Frankly I'm confused over all of this Day One Edition stuff. All the extra slop they give is meaningless to me. I just want to get the console on launch day (or within a few days of that)
Just pre-ordered it a few minutes, selected FREE Two Day Super Shipping, said Dec 5-10 expected delivery...
My original launch model red ringed years ago, Microsoft fixed it for free and sent me a refurb and this worked fined until the other day.
I don't want or need anything else (cable, controllers, 60GB HDD are all fine). I just want to get a new console (fat, slim, whatever) to hold me over...
Damn was about to purchase this today, didn't pull the trigger last night as thought we were getting one of these as a pack in game. now I'm screwed on both fronts :(
This was the perfect deal as our daughter would like this color, comes with a game, stylus and $40 gift card.
All the other bundles at any other store if the system in blue/red/black with $40/$50 gift card.
Now if it was only the color, I pull the trigger on the deal. But getting a game...
Was finally gonna go ahead and buy one since I have the credit for it. But I've heard rumblings of a price drop this or next month.
Any truth to that? And does this info usually leak a few weeks beforehand or is it just suddenly spring upon retailers/the public?
I didn't want to spend $150...
Good to know. I knew stuff like Snatcher and PDS were high value items, but kinda surprised at the others. I guess I'll have to insure the package when I send it to them.
Thanks for the info. Not too worried about shipping times when I'm getting this much (what is essentially FREE) credit...
I just went through all of my old games that I've been holding onto for years and years and found the eStarland website. I haven't done any research yet, but what they wanted to give me for games I no longer had need for made my eyes pop open wide
Is this company legit? I feel leary mailing...
Was a day late and a dollar short (as the saying goes). $30 for the 360 Zombrex version is ridiculously low, since it's now back to $65.
I don't see any other deals even on the regular version at the moment, unless I'm blind and stupid.
Thanks for the help and advice (and hopefully not...
A quick check on Ebay and it shows the LOWEST price before shipping is $25. Funny how people list it as "Hard to Find" when I can get a brand new copy of it for $25 + $6.60 in shipping.
