Right this time it all went smoothly, and got PM on Black ops 2 and Far Cry 3. Getting better at this, this is only my 2nd time to do online BB price match.

I want to do some price matching with BB, I did this once, but had soo much trouble getting to the right department, and for them to understand what I wanted. When you ring the Number, what department do you need to speak to and what do you ask them to do? I am British so maybe my accent did...
