LOL I said the same thing. Luckily these were excess from a hotel here that never went to rooms (according to the Salvation Army folks). Spine was still crisp, pages clean, cover clean, seemed like it was hardly opened. But...I might just give it a cleaning anyway...then donate it back.

Believe me...the game was the first thing I checked. Luckily there was enough slack in the tape to see half of the Donkey Kong label.

Not only is this clearance good on video games, good on lots of toys as well.  Caught it on the first day they started it and made out like a bandit!  Most toys I bought on clearance were 'green' so 40% off.  I spent more than I wanted but got a lot of good deals and didn't want to wait for fear...

Bought even though it claims to be bad.  The statue I liked enough for $9.99.  Ended up going the GS route and having them order for me online with free shipping.  Guy was surprised it still was in stock. :rofl:

Be sure to check your Dollar Generals one more time!  I just got back from my local one an hour ago on a whim...and they had 1 gift set of The Amazing Spider Man in 3D Blu!  Was complete with 2 statues but the outer box was beat up some.  But for $6?  I'm game.  Lucky, lucky, lucky I stopped on...

Only one GS around me had a copy of GOW 3 EE, and the guy on the phone was polite and said yeah he would check the back for me and put it on hold since he just saw it the day before.  Came back, told me he had some bad news, since it was reduced to used seems their manager cut open the box and...

That's the other way I knew the game was still unopened, UPC was on the OUTSIDE of the shrinkwrap. They probably only had the 1 left and decided to put it as used. Either way I'm happy with the purchase.
