it worked for the new Splinter Cell game, must be a glitch in the system. Thanks for the advice

it said i qualify, and that the promotion has been applied to my account [ via trade in account page ]. but when i add a game to my cart [ for this instance, CoD:Ghosts ], the promotional credit isn't applied.

they received my trade in and got my credit but i'm still waiting on the promotional credit.

me too. still had $20 promotional credit from their latest trade in offer and got an additional $5 off because it was my birthday.

bought Sleeping Dogs and State of Decay. SoD is awesome IMO, regardless of all the little hiccups. None of them have affected gameplay for me. I'm just scared i'm going to waste countless hours going through every house... ._.
