I just got back from my store under the same situation and one was not held for me. Of course, the kicker here is that they sold them to people who lined up this morning. :bomb:
Scored most of my wants at the first two BBs (couldn't find Castlevania).
At the third store I saw a guy returning to his car with his haul (he cleared out the store; confirmed this with the cashier).
Last BB looked like it had been pulled (the shelves looked too straightened)
Thanks lox for...
I think it ended yesterday, 12/23. I couldn't figure out why the guide rung half-off at checkout, so I went back to the floor and had someone scan another guide.
He was surprised it was on sale and pointed to a general area of the screen, where I think it said through 12/23.
I guess this sale...
I'm sure I'm not the first to say this, but I would rather of have seen a bunch of prizes given out then one giant grand prize. (Unless I win of course :))
Congrats in advance to the noob/lurker who wins this!
The hardcover that dropped is the Collector's Edition guide. There is no LE guide. Since the publishers interchange CE and LE, it happens here as well.
Here's the Amazon link for the Dragon Age Origins Collector's Edition guide...
I think I know the answer to this, but is anyone else's copies of Alpha Protocol, Kane & Lynch 2, and Dead 2 Rights shrinkwrapped? The one Best Buy had these in the cheap backroom kind of shrinkwrap rather than a professional kind.
Well all of the Xbox games do by default. :)
I was looking forward to Splinter Cell since I never played the series, oh well.
I guess its negative feedback time?
