sorry if this has been asked before....can I use the rewards certificates from power up rewards on things like PSN or Apple cards?  I see the fine print says no gift cards, but I'm unsure if that means Gamestop specific gift cards or all POS cards in general

I didn’t play on 3DS-it was on my radar, but never picked it up. Now seeing the HD remaster makes me want to grab it, and $10 off digital makes me want to pull the trigger if it’s good
