Saw 'No One Lives Forever 2' (PC) marked at $9.99 today at CompUSA. Tag said 'Managers Special'. I spoke to the sales person and he said the price is good nationwide though availability may vary from store-to-store. It's a good price for a great game.

I was at Target today and I saw Return To Castle Wolfenstein (PC). There was no price marked so I took it to a scanner and it scanned at $4.98! This is the Platinum Edition that includes Enemy Territory. This must be nationwide since the price showed on their scanner (am I right?) Hope more...
